WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bidu town then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.

Raid

1. At 06:30 on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Jib village until 16:45.
3. At dawn on October 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on October 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Anata town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Basil Ziyad in Qalandiya camp.
2. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Zakariya Shihat, Shadi Al-Qawasmi and Mahmoud Al-Qawasmi in Anata town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 09:00.
2. At 08:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Abu Mash’al village then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.
3. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at Ein Sinya village round about and at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.

Raid

1. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town and summoned Mohammad Al-Khatib {A University students} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town and detained 2 residents.
3. At 06:05, Israeli forces raided Deir Abu Mash’al village and detained 4 residents.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ahmad Mu’en Al-Rimawi and Abdel-Latif Salam Al-Rimawi in Beit Rima town.
2. Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Nasser Muffeed Ameer Abdel Khier, Abdallah Hamdan and Salah Al-Makkan in Deir Abu Mash’al village.

Land Confiscation

On October 28th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Budrous village and served a military order to the local village council for the confiscation of 40 dunums of residential owned land for alleged military purposes.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on October 29th 2018, Israeli forces raided Jenin camp and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammad Abu Tabikh, Diya' Yusef Abu Jildah and Murad Haj Ibrahim in Jenin camp.

TUBAS

Detention

At 12:50, Israeli forces positioned in Khirbiet Mazkouh area located in the North Jordan valley detained Mohammad Abdallah Bani Odeh {a resident of Al-Hadadiya village} after chasing him as he was herding his goats in the area.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:30, a group of Israeli settler marked areas extending from Khallet Hamad to Khirbet Jabarin in the north Jordan Valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 19:45, the Israeli military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:25.

Raid

At 21:30, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village, stormed and searched the home of Nassim Abdel-Kareem Attir and confiscated his truck.

Confiscation of Property

At 21:30, Israeli forces confiscated a truck owned by Nassim Abdel-Kareem Attir after storming and searching his home during their raid into Far'oun village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the main steel gate entrance then reopened it at 04:00.

Raid

1. At 18;35, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result left a resident injured with a fractured leg as they were chasing residents then withdrew at 22:40.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Attack

1. At 18;35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result left a resident injured with a fractured leg as they were chasing residents during their raid into Jayyous town.
2. At 19:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

Physical Assault

At 18:35, Ahmad Affif Shamasnat was hospitalized with a fractured leg after falling as he was being chased by Israeli forces during clashes in Jayyous town.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:45, a group of Israeli settler stormed agricultural land owned by Jamil Yammin and his brothers located in the area between Jit and Kafr Qaddum villages and assaulted several residents.

NABLUS

Raid

1.At dawn on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town, stormed ,searched and took photograph's of a local Mosque then withdrew at 11:00.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Nablus city as they escorted a group pf Israeli settler who stormed Joseph's Tomb and clashed with several residents then withdrew at 04:30.

Attack

At 23:35, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they escorted a group pf Israeli settler who stormed Joseph's Tomb during their raid into Nablus city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At dawn on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces stormed ,searched and took photograph's of a Mosque during their raid into Aqraba town.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:35, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Tabisat area located in West Qaryout village and prevented construction workers from paving a road on plot of land despite the fact the plot land is located in area B which is under the Jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, detained a resident and summoned Billal Rajab Ali Al-Teri to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 03:50

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nasser Faraj Al-Teri in Salfit city.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jallah city then searched residents and vehicle until 14:30.

Raid

1.On October 28th 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Waljat village and summoned 3 residents: Hanan Al-Razzim, Khalid Abu Khayara and Ala Hajajla to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained 2 residents.
3. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town, detained a resident and summoned 2 residents {including a child}: Majdi Salem Musa Al-Badin {13 years old} and Issa Jamil Al-Amour to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 children: Nisrin Bassam Abu Akir {15 years old} and Asseel Bassam Abu Akir {14 years old} in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Loai Habbas Al-Amour in Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Nour Ibrahim Qufshiya and Abdel-Haleem Ibrahim Qufshiya in Hebron city.

Settlement Activities

On October 28th 2018, Israeli forces stormed Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron and placed mobile trailers in the compound courtyard and the central vegetable market located nearby for alleged settlement purposes.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip and on October 6th 2018, Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit to 3 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts and on October 23rd 2018 increased the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles to the all Gaza strip coasts.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza and Central Gaza districts and injured 2 residents.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching 1 missile towards 3 children in Central Gaza and as a result killed them.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 08:30 on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located in east Beit Hanun town and as a result injured a resident.
2. At 20:00 on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents after opening fire towards several residents in east Beit Hanun town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 20:00 on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified residents after opening fire towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 08:30 on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Maghazi Camp.
2. At 20:00 on October 28th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march.

Air Strike

At 19:20 on October 28th 2018, Israeli military aircraft's launched a missile towards 3 children located near the border fence located in South east Deir Al-Balah city and as a result killed them.

Killings

Israeli airstrikes killed 3 children: Khaled Bassam Mahmoud Abu al-Sa'id {14 years old}, Abdel-Hamid Mohammad Abdel-Azziz Abu Taher {14 years old} and Mohammed Ibrahim 'Abdullah al-Sattari {15 years old} {all are residents of Wadi al-Salqa town located southeast of Deir al-Balah city}.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the exit and entry of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
