WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 22:20, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes and as a result injured 3 residents {including a child}, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 23:00.
2. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town and detained a resident.
3. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. On October 30th 2017, Israeli forces detained 3 residents:Manal Abu Sineineh, Rashid Rasmi Mohammad Al-Rashiq and Badawi Azzam Abu Assab in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. Israeli force detained 2 residents: Islam Adwan and Husam Manasrah in Qalandiya camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Hussien Mahmoud Al-Khatib in Hizma town.
4. Israeli forces detained Majed Khashan in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Attack

1. At 03:30 on October 30th 2017, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they attempted to disperse demonstrations in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At 22:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qalandiya camp and as a result injured 3 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 3 residents: Mohammad Khalid Hussien [17 years old}, Kamal Yunis Abu Usba' and Osama Mahmoud Hamad during clashes in Qalandiya camp.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At dawn on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Kobar village and detained a resident.

Attack

1. At 20:20, Israeli forces positioned near Deir Nathim village, fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning then detained a resident.
2. On the morning of October 31st 2017, Israeli forces positioned near "Neva Tsuf" settlement positioned near Al-Nabi Saleh village opened fire towards a civilian vehicle and as a result seriously injured the driver {who later died in the hospital} and injured his brother {for alleged attempting to run over Israeli soldiers}.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Mohammad Abdallah Musa {26 years old}{A resident of Deir Ballout town in Salfit district} after opening fire towards him near near "Neva Tsuf" settlement positioned near Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Latifa Abdallah Musa {33 years old} after opening fire towards him near near "Neva Tsuf" settlement positioned near Al-Nabi Saleh village.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Waleed Tawfiq Al-Tamimi during confrontations near Deir Nathim village.
2. Israeli forces detained Qassim Majd Al-Barghouthi {A resident of Kobar village} in Kobar village.

JENIN

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ti'inik village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 04:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Fanduqumiya village.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Sabah Al-Khier neighborhood in Jenin city, Markat and Bi'r Al-Basha villages.
3. At dawn on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Jab'a town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 3 residents.
4. At dawn on October 31st 2017, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town, stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Marwan Salah Sharim, Fayez Mazen Alawnah and Nour Jamal Ghanam in Jaba' town.
2. Israeli forces detained Waleed Sadeq Ardah in Qabatiya town.

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Shwikiya neighborhood , Deir Al-Ghsoun and Attil towns , Al-Jaroushiya and Far''oun villages.
2. At 16:15, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city until 19:40.

Detention

At 00:10 on October 30th 2017, Israeli forces detained Ehab Tariq Al-Yahya. during their raid into Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and detained a resident.
2. At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 15:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrances of Hablah town and Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 15:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Azzun town {located along the main road connecting Tulkarem and Qalqilya} then searched residents and vehicles.
5. At 15:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Thulth town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Jit village until 14:05.

Detention

1. On October 30th 2017, Israeli forces detained Ahmad Abdel-Ra'uf Nazal {A resident of Qalqilya city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Al-Ra'i Abu Al-Bar'a {A resident of Qalqilya city}

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 12:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Ibba town, Beit Wazzan and Sarah villages until 14:05.
2. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, Balata camp and Kafr Qalil villages then detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Obadah Waleed Abdel-Jaleel {A resident of Kafr Qalil village}, Mohammad Salah Al-Qana {A resident of Kafr Qalil village} and Oday Zuhier Awayis {A resident of Balata camp} during their raid into Nablus city, Balata camp and Kafr Qalil villages.

At 10:45, Israeli forces confiscated 2 bulldozers owned by Nidal Shweiky in Teqou' town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Nabi Yunis area junction {located along the main road connecting Bethlehem and Bethlehem} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Ithna town, stormed and searched several merchant shops.
3. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town then stormed and searched a home.

Attack

At 20:35, Israeli forces fired live ammunition,rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and throwing of a firebomb molotov cocktail towards a Military watch tower located near the camp.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:05, Israeli settlers from "Magon" settlement located the south east entrance of Yatta town opened fire towards several farmer as they were collecting Olive harvest in Al-Hamra area located near Al-Tuwani village near the settlement.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• • Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza stripe and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles .
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by blowing up a tunnel in east Khan Yunis city and as a result killed 7 Palestinian Gunmen and injured 14 others {3 of which are in critical condition}.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Killings

At 14:30 on October 30th 2017, 7 Palestinian gunmen were killed and injured 14 others {3 of which are in critical condition}: Husam Jihad al-Sumairi, {32 years old}, Muhammad Marwan al-Agha, {22 years old}, Ahmed Khalil Abu Armanah, {25 years old}, Omar Nassar al-Falaite, {26 years old}, Mesbah Fa'iq Shbeir, {29 years old}, Arafat Abdullah Morshed, {33 years old}, and Hassan Ramadan Hassanein,(30 years old) after Israeli forces exploded a tunnel located in east Khan Yunis city.

Injuries

14 unidentified Palestinian gunmen were injured after Israeli forces exploded a tunnel located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
