*At 24:00 on October 3rd 2017, the Israeli Military sealed off the West Bank for the Jewish Holiday "Sikkot" thus preventing residents and workers including those with entry permits from entering Jerusalem city and Israel with the exception of Foreign Diplomats, Humanitarian and emergency medical cases {with prior security clearance} until 24:00 on October 10th 2017.

At 12:40, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

2. On October 3rd 2017, Israeli forces positioned near the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town detained Ahmad Musa Izat Musa {A resident of Deir Ballout}.
At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 19:20.
At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Akram Hussien Al-Bazour {A National Security Force Officer} then released him at 18:15.
1. At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 10:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:40.
3. At 22:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 24:00.
On October 3rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Walaja village, confiscated a tractor owned by Mahmoud Salah as he was working on his agricultural land and served a military order to halt construction on a home owned by Ibrahim Nirouj for allegedly being built without a licence.
At 16:00, Israeli forces detained Bader Mohammad Khalil Jalghif {A resident of Bethlehem city} as he was reporting to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning based on a prior summon.
On October 3rd 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a tractor owned by Mahmoud Salah as he was working on his agricultural land during their raid into Al-Walaja village.
1. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Khursa village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Thahriya town and detained 2 residents.
1. At 08:00 on October 3rd 2017 and again at dawn on October 4th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained a resident and summoned Hisham Al-Sharabati to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Yatta town and confiscated a tractor then detained 2 residents.
3. On October 4th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, stormed and searched several homes, confiscated 1000 NIS from the home of Ibrahim Abdel-Hameed Abu Mariya, 1540 NIS from the home of Maher Odah Sabarnah and surveillance camera footage from the home of Ali Ayad Awwad.
1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located at the entrance of Al-Thahriya town detained Mahmoud Mohammad Abdel-Azziz Abu Allan and Anad Awayda.
2. Israeli forces detained Osama Munthir Fanouna in Hebron city.
3. Israeli forces detained Khalid Mahmoud Rumi and Fadil Mahmoud Rumi in Yatta town.
On the evening of October 3rd 2017, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Thaher area located in Beit Ummar town located near "Karmei Tsur" settlement fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 children and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

1. At 02:20, Israeli forces confiscated a tractor owned by Mohammad Rumi during their raid into Yatta town.
2. At dawn on October 4th 2017,confiscated 1000 NIS from the home of Ibrahim Abdel-Hameed Abu Mariya, 1540 NIS from the home of Maher Odah Sabarnah and surveillance camera footage from the home of Ali Ayad Awwad as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Ummar town.
• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
• Israeli Military forces broke the ceasefire agreement after opening fire during their raid into Central Gaza.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.
* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.
At 07:30 on October 2nd 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
At 07:45 on October 3rd 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers opened fire as they stormed 50m into the vicinity of east Deir Al-Balah city and levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:00.
* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
