WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces raided Hizma town, demolished several merchants shops owned by Ghalib Mohammad Salem Salah Al-Din for allegedly being built without a licence and confiscated its contents.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Kasarat area in Qalandiya camp.
3. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town.

Attack

At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Destruction of Property

At 12:30, Israeli forces demolished several merchants shops owned by Ghalib Mohammad Salem Salah Al-Din for allegedly being built without a licence during their raid into Hizma town.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:30, Israeli forces confiscated contents owned by Ghalib Mohammad Salem Salah Al-Din as they demolished his merchants shops during their raid into Hizma town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Assaults on Property

At 17:00,Israeli forces prevented the establishment of a ceremony to honor Teachers which was scheduled to be held at the Arab Children's House on the 20th anniversary of the death of the founding director of the schools of Jerusalem - Hosni al-Ashbab during which they served an order preventing organized events in the area which are sponsored and organized by the Palestinian National Authority, and forced the participants to leave the venue.

Home seizure

1. On the morning of October 3rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers from "Alad settlement" association stormed and seized 2 apartments approximately 160 square meters built on land approximately 800 square meters which is planted with Almond and Olive trees in Wadi Halhul area located in Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem city which is owned by Yusef Fatiha who is currently residing in the United States of America and is rented out to Masauda family.
2. At dawn on October 4th 2018, Israeli settlers stormed Al-Sa'diya neighborhood in Jerusalem city and seized a home owned by Adeeb Judat.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At dawn on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Hillal Abdel-Qadder Khawaja in Ni'lin town.

Attack

At 22:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Ras Kar Kar village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:25, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land in Turmus'aya town and uprooted 40 Olive trees owned by Mahmoud Ahmad Hassan.
2. At 18:00, a Israeli settlers driving his vehicles near Ni'lin town junction ran over Nasif Salah Khalifa {A resident of Ni'lin town} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Nasif Salah Khalifa {A resident of Ni'lin town} was hospitalized with contusions after he was run over by a Israeli settler vehicle near Ni'lin town junction.

JENIN

Raid

At 09:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Ramlah village.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 08:00, the Israeli military intensified their restrictions at "Tayassir" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At dawn on October 10th 2018, Israeli forces raided Tamoun town and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Imad Suliman Bishirat, Rasoul Abdel-Azziz Bani Odeh and Yahya Mohammad Bani Odeh in Tamoun town.

At dawn on October 4th 2018, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tamoun town.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:45, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 19:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 00:20.
2. On the evening of October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 00:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city, temporarily detained a resident then released him at a later time.

Raid

1. At 01:45, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a child and left another residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation then detained a child.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Isam Taha {17 years old} in Qalqiliya city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ayman Issam Saleem in Jayyous town.

Temporary Detention

At 00:15, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city temporarily detained Eyad Mohammad Samik then released him at a later time.

Attack

At 01:45, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a child and left another residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Ameer Mu'izeldin Shawki Bakir {17 years old} during clashes in Qalqiliya city.

NABLUS

Raid

At dawn on October 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Burqa village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Munjid Raghib Salah and Abdel-Halim Imad Dalghas in Burqa village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Iskaka village and detained a journalist.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:10.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Waleed Khalid Hussien Harb in Iskaka village.
2. Israeli forces detained Ali Fathi Abu Zaher in Salfit city.

JERICHO

Raid

At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village until 03:45.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 22:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, stormed a hotel and inspected surveillance camera footage.
2. At 23:35, Israeli forces raided Ayda camp in Bethlehem city and detained 2 residents.
3. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mu'tasim Abu Khdeir and Khalil Abdel-Rahman Abu Sarour in Ayda camp in Bethlehem city.
2. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Khalid Musa in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

At 22:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Tuwani village located in east Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At dawn on October 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched several home.
2. At dawn on October 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Raboud village then stormed and searched several homes.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 19:50, a Israeli settler driving his vehicle along the main road near Ghouwin which is located in south Al-Samou' town ran over a herd of goats owned by Ismail Mohammad Al-Daghamin and as a result killed 7 goats.
2. On the evening of October 3rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the old city of Hebron and set fire to a home owned by Iz Al-Din Al-Sharabati.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result killed a child, injured 8 residents and left 17 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 16:45 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in North Beit Hanon town during the march of return and as a result killed a child , injured 7 residents and left 17 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 20:30 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

Israeli forces killed Ahmad Samir Harb Abu Habil {15 years old} during clashes in Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in North Beit Hanon town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes in Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing located in North Beit Hanon town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 20:30,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city participating in the right of return march.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 20:30 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured a resident.

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp.

Detention

At 15:15 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in east Deir Al-Balah city as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 07:45 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired towards agricultural land in east Abbassan town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 20:30 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 23:00 on October 3rd 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects
