WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on October 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Laith Darwish in Al-Eisawiya village.

Assaults on Property

At 21:00, Israeli forces stormed Al-Dar Hotel in Jerusalem city and prevented cultural seminar entitled (Palestinian Civilization and its fight) from taking place, which was to be held in the hotel, and temporarily detained 2 resiednts: Najeh Bakirat - Deputy Director of Al-Quds Endowments and Aziz Al-Ada then released them at a later time and served summons for several residents to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning (including Palestine TV cameraman Amir Abed Rabbo).

Temporary Detention

At 21:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 resiednts: Najeh Bakirat - Deputy Director of Al-Quds Endowments and Aziz Al-Ada as they stormed Al-Dar Hotel in Jerusalem city then released them at a later time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Um Safa village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 15:45, Israeli forces raided Kobar town, detained a resident then withdrew at 16:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nassim Abdel-Salam Al-Barghouthi in Kobar town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Arraba town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 19:15.

Raid

On October 3rd 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Tayba village, demolished a home {under construction approximately 140 m2} for allegedly being built with out a license.

House Demolition

On October 3rd 2019, Israeli forces , demolished a home {under construction approximately 140 m2} owned by Mohammad Jabarin located in Al-Tayba village for allegedly being built with out a license.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 23:10,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:10.

Raid

At dawn on October 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kafr Jamal village , stormed and searched a home then confiscated approximately 10000 NIS.

Detention

At 14:35, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Zieta town detained Abdallah Yusef Fanat {a resident of Sayda village}.

Confiscation of Property

At dawn on October 4th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated approximately 10000 NIS after storming and searching a home during their raid into Kafr Jamal village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qaddum village and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 04:15 on October 3rd 2019, Israeli forces detained Firas Ahmad Hillal Abdel-Hadi during their raid into Qalqiliya city.

Attack

At 18:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Kafr Qaddum village.

Closure of main Roads

On the evening of October 3rd 2019, Israeli forces closed the North and West entrances of a road connecting {Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village} and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1.At 10:25,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 10:40.
2. At 22:55,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
2. At 19:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Ballout town then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.
2. At 09:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:40.

At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Yassuf village until 13:20.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the Dead Sea junction then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

At 18:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:05.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At dawn on October 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town then stormed and searched 4 homes.

House Demolition

At 08:55, Israeli forces demolished a home {under constriction} owned by Ali Al-Alami near the main road connecting Hebron and Jerusalem in Wadi Al-Sheikh area in Beit Ummar town for allegdly being built without a license.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .
•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza district.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Detention

At 19:00 on October 3rd 2019,Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents in North Beit Lahiya town as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 07:30,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Gaza city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
