WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At dawn on October 5th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at the south entrance of Al Eisawiya village detained 2 residents: Yusef Farid Obied and Nadim Harbi Obied.

Temporary Detention

At 24:00 on October 4th 2019, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 children: Nasrallah Eyad al-Awar {10 years old}, Taha Owaida {10 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city then released them at a later time.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Halamish" settlement roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Ein Yabroud and Dura Al-Qara' villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Attack

At 16:35, Israeli forces positioned near the North entrance of Al-Bireh city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:35,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Detention

At 22:25, Israeli forces positioned near the wall gate in Nazlat Issa village detained Mus'ab Abdel-Qadder Abu Shawarib {a resident of Nazlat Issa village}.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:20.

Attack

1. At 13:30, Israeli forces positioned at the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village {which is closed by the Israeli Military} fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents {protesting against the continued closure} for alleged stoning and as a result left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:55,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:25,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 15:55.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Thahriya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:00 and again at 20:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Ummar town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On the evening of October 4th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town, clashed with several residents then detained a child.
2. At 07:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mufeed Khalil {16 years old} in Beit Ummar town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Abdel-Azziz Al-Jamal in Hebron city.

Attack

On the evening of October 4th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beit Ummar town.

Closure of main Roads

On the evening on October 4th 2019, Israeli forces closed 2 steel gates located at the entrances of Dura town and Al-Fuwar camp and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening them at a later time.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2014,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire,launching stun and tear gas canisters and launching tank artillery shells from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah and as a result killed a resident, injured 72 residents {including 2 fishermen} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Central Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 16:00 on October 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result killed a resident, injured 7 resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Killings

Israeli forces killed Ala Nizar Ayish Hamdan{28 years old}{a resident of Jabaliya town} after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 7 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 16:00 on October 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 8 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 8 unidentified residents during clashes in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 06:00 on October 4th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off shores of Deir Al-Balah city and as a result injured 2 Fishermen.
2. At 16:00 on October 4th 2019,,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Al- Buriej camp during the march of return and as a result injured 12 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

1. Israeli Naval vessel's injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards his fishing boat off the shores of Deir Al-Balah city.
2. Israeli forces injured 12 unidentified residents during clashes in east east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:40 on October 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 16:00 on October 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 27 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 27 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

At 16:00 on October 4th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 16 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
