DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 5th September 2021 -08:00, 6th September 2021
At 02:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Biddu tunnel, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
At 13:50, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in Jerusalem city detained the citizen: Yazan Ali Muhammad Abu Rezeq - a resident of Al-Dheisheh camp in Bethlehem.
On 09/05./2021, the Israeli occupation forces razed the Martyrs Cemetery, which is part of the Yusufiya cemetery in the city of Jerusalem, in order to establish a “Biblical” garden and a public garden in the place.
At 08:30, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.
1. At 08:05, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the bridge of Silwad town, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 19:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Sinjil, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 20:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Umm Safa village, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 08:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Burqa, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Bir Zeit and the village of Abu Shkhaydam, and detained 2 civilians (including a university student).
3. At 04:50, the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh city, and detained 3 civilians.
1. On the evening of 09/05/2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Al-Jalazun camp, detained 2 children : Rayan Raed Dalash, and Walid Wael Hmeidat both are 13 years old.
2. The 2 detainees in the town of Bir Zeit and the village of Abu Shkheidam are: the university student - Iyad Abu Shamla - residents of the town of Bir Zeit, and Muhammad Ziyad Qandah - residents of the village of Abu Shkheidam.
3. The 3 detainees in Al-Amari camp in Al-Bireh are: Qusai Khader, Basil Abu Halima, and Yazan Abu Halima.
1. At 05:40, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Jaba, and detained a citizen.
2. At 06:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Fahma, and detained a citizen.
1. The detainee in the town of Jaba is: Nayef Ahmed Malaysha.
2. The detainee in the village of Fahmeh is: Ahmed Mahmoud Manasra.
At 23:15, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayseer checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
On 09/05/ 2021, a group of settlers in the area of Khirbet Al Muzakah in the northern Jordan Valley set up a caravan, a tent and a fence in the vicinity of the area, in an attempt to establish a new settlement outpost.
At 08:55, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Tulkarm and conducted a patrol.
1. At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Qaddoum, and clashed with the citizens while they were on patrol.
2. At 03:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Laqif, and detained a citizen.
The detainee in the village of Kafr Laqif is: Abd al-Hadi Jabr.
At 09:30, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been pelted with stones during their raid into Kafr Qaddoum village.
1. At 02:50, the the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus and detained a civilian.
2. At 04:00, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qusra and conducted a patrol.
The detainee in the city of Nablus is: Basem al-Atba.
At 10:50, the Israeli occupation forces temporarily detained the child: Husam Moayed Owais-a resident of the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, near Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya village, while he was on his way to Al-Sawiya mixed school, and released him after the Palestinian military liaison intervened.
1. On the morning of 09/05/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
2. At 18:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
At 16:00, a group of settlers in the Dahr Subuh area of the town of Kafr ad-Dik erected a barbed wire fence in the vicinity of an area of land, in an attempt to seize it.
At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the cemetery of Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, under the pretext that they had been stoned .
1. At 11:40 and again at 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Teqoua to search vehicles and check citizens' identities.
2. At 16:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the town of Nahalin, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
3. At 18:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and check the identities of citizens.
4. At 20:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 23:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Beit Jala and conducted a patrol.
2. At 03:05, the Israeli occupation forces raided the cities of Bethlehem and Beit Sahour, the town of Janata and the village of Beit Ta'mar, then stormed a number of houses.
At 02:15, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Yatta and conducted a patrol.
At 18:05, the Israeli occupation forces confiscated a bulldozer near the settlement of "Nogohot", which is built between the towns of Dura and Beit Awa, while it was working on agricultural land owned by the citizen: Amir Muhammad Abu Rahma.
On 09/05/ 2021, a group of settlers from the settlement of “Mitzpe Yair” damaged the tires of a water tanker owned by Jihad Abu Ibrahim, to prevent him from delivering water to the residents of the Birin area.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The Israeli occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards Gaza Governorate, which resulted in the injury of a citizen - farmer.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 09/05/ 2021, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
On 09/05/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets from their positions on the Green Line, towards a citizen - a farmer while he was working on his land near the border fence east of the town of Juhr al-Dik, southeast of Gaza City, as a result of which he was wounded.
A unidentified farmer was injured during clashes in east of the town of Juhr al-Dik, southeast of Gaza City).
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom-Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 09/05/2021,is partially open (for the entry of foodstuffs and fodder, raw materials for the agricultural and food industries, sterilization and cleaning materials, and limited quantities of fuel).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 09/05/2021 is open in one direction (for the return of citizens from the Arab Republic of Egypt).
