WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city and along the main road in Beit Hanina town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On September 12th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and served a military order to halt construction on several homes for allegedly being built without a licence.
2. At dawn on September 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.
3. At dawn on September 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Hizma town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem detained Mahmoud Al-Anati {A member of Al-Aqsa mosque rehabilitation council}.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Fara'in {A resident of Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city}.

Deportation

On September 12th 2017, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Shadi Al-Matour from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound as a term for his release after being detained by Israeli forces.

Attack

1. At dawn on September 13th 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ni'lin town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Shuqba village until 06:15.
2. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 03:40.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 04:40.

Detention

At 09:50, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Musa Jum'a {A resident of Ein Yabroud village} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Movo Dotan" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Rumana and Al-Taybet villages then clashed with several residents in Al-Taybet village.

Detention

On the evening of September 13th 2017, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Kamal Abarah {13 years old} {A resident of Al-Yamoun town} and confiscated his motorcycle.

Attack

At 00:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Taybat village.

Confiscation of Property

1. On the evening of September 11th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near the entrance of Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town confiscated a Motorcycle owned by Mohammad Abdallah Jaradat {A resident of Al-Silah Al-Harthiya town}.
2. On the evening of September 11th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a Motorcycle driven by the child: Mahmoud Kamal Abarah {13 years old}{A resident of Al-Yamoun town} after they detained him.

TUBAS

Raid

At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Tubas city, Tamoun town and Tayassir village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident then detained 3 others.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mohammed Bassil Thiib Sawafta, Laith Muammar Qasim Daraghmeh (after being wounded), Numan Abdel Moneim Mahmoud Sawafta during clashes in Tubas city.

Temporary Detention

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned in Um Al-Aber area located in the North Jordan valley temporarily detained Jamal Mustafa Draghmah and his son Sameh then released them at 21:00.

Attack

At 02:10, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Tubas city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Layth Mu'amar Daraghma during clashes as they raided Tubas city.

Confiscation of Property

At 11:00, Israeli forces positioned in Um Al-Aber area located in the North Jordan valley confiscated 2 cows and 50 Plastic water barrels owned by Jamal Mustafa Draghma.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 09:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 10:30.

Raid

1. At dawn on September 12th 2017, Israeli forces raided Allar town and summoned Mu'men Sultan Mohammad Malah to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Zeita town until 21:40.
3. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Irtah neighborhood in Tulkarem city and Far'oun village until 05:15.

Detention

At 10:00, Israeli forces detained Mu'men Sultan Mohammad Malah {A resident of Allar town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 16:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city.

1. At 19:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris town and Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Raid

At 00:35, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 01:35.

Detention

On September 12th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge detained Mohammad Mahmoud Nakhlah {A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp in Ramallah and Al-Bireh district} as he was returning from Jordan.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:30.
2. At 18:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:10.
3. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:30.

Raid

1. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, stormed and searched 3 homes then withdrew at 04:40.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 03:40.

HEBRON

1. At 09:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:35, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town, detained a resident then withdrew at 14:40.
2. At 11:40 and again at 00:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 03:20.
3. At 18:35, Israeli forces raided Ithna town until 21:00.
4. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 04:20.
5. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Awa town until 06:30.
6. At dawn on September 13th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At dawn on September 12th 2017, Israeli forces detained Yazan Azzam Shawar during their raid into Hebron city.
2. At 08:55, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained Fadi Ayad Khader Al-Zaro {14 years old} for allegedly carrying a knife.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Araf Al-Hijooj in Bani Na'im town.
4. Israeli forces detained Yusef Mohammad Kamil Za'aqiq in Beit Ummar town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards Khan Yunis District.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 02:00 on September 12th 2017, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 07:00 on September 12th 2017, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70 meters into the vicinity of east Al-Qarara town opened fire as they levelled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:00.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry of 796 residents returning from Saudi Arabia after performing the Annual pilgrimage "Hajj".
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
