JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:55, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Biddu town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Biddu town and detained a resident after storming his home.
2. At dawn on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hizma town then stormed and searched several homes.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Jihad Hussien Mohammad Abu Eid in Biddu town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At 20:10, Israeli forces raided Al Mughayyir village until 07:00.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town and Zabda village.
2. At 23:15, Israeli forces raided Silat al Harithiya town, Ti'innik and Kufeirit villages .

TUBAS

Land Confiscation

On August 18th 2018, the Israeli Military issued a military order #T/79/26{Extension of validity and adjustment of limits} for the confiscation of 1079.666 dunums of residential owned land {Distributed over 15 plots of land in 5 basins} which are all registers in Ras Al-Ahmar area in the North Jordan valley claiming its a closed military zone.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jabarat village junction located in south Tulkarem city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Baqa ash Sharqiya town.
2. At 13:05, Israeli forces raided Qaffin, ''Attil and ''Illar towns.
3. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinsafut village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city and detained a resident.

Raid

At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Jayyous town.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the east entrance of Qalqiliya city detained Sa'id Billal Sa'id Swilum.

NABLUS

Closure of main Roads

At 10:00, Israeli forces closed the main road connecting Nablus city and 'Asira ash Shamaliya town with cement blocks and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:25, Israeli settlers stormed Jallud village and slashed the tires of 3 vehicles owned by Mohammad Kamil Hussien Ayid, Hussien Kamal Hussien Ayid and Ali Kamal Hussien Ayid.
2. On September 13th 2018, a group of Israeli settlers closed the entrance Al Lubban ash Sharqiya village and prevented residents from entering or exiting the area then temporarily seized several vehicles carrying residents and school children.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:15, Israeli forces positioned along road {90} near "Na'umi" settlement located near Al-Nu'ma village then searched residents and vehicles.

Temporary Detention

At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned near Aqbat Al-Jabir camp cemetery temporarily detained the child: Mahmoud Bah'jat Yusef Al-Qatrawi {12 years old} then released him at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city.
2. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town.

Detention

At 10:15, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Hassan Azmi Aza'oul and Ma'rouf Adel Abdel-Azziz Shushat {both are residents of Husan village}.

Attack

At 21:25, Israeli forces positioned in Wadi Al-Hums area located in North Dar Salah village opened fire towards a resident as he attempted to enter Jerusalem city and as a result left him hospitalized.

Injuries

Israeli forces opened fire towards and injured Mohammad Mahmoud Abdel-Min'im Ayish {A resident of Irtas village} in Wadi Al-Hums area located in North Dar Salah village as he attempted to enter Jerusalem city.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:50, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Mina village located in south Teqou town and set fire to 200 Olive trees.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a National Security Force officer.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
3. At 02:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Thariya town.

Detention

1. At 18:30, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron detained the child: Ahmad Atef Al-Awawda {14 years old}{A resident of Deir Sammit village} for allegdly carrying a knife.
2. Israeli forces detained Nassim Zidan Al-Jamal in Hebron city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On September 9th 2018, Israeli forces closed Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron and prevented worshipers from entering for prayer in order to allow Israeli settlers to conduct Talmudic rituals inside the mosque in celebration of the Jewish New Year.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding Rafah district.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as a result injured a resident.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

1. At 06:00 on September 13th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 10:00 on September 13th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town then temporarily detained 3 fishermen, confiscated their fishing boat then released them at a later time.
3. At 22:00 on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near the border fence in east Jabaliya town and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

Temporary Detention

Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 fishermen: Mohammad Abdel-Raziq Bakr, Mohammad Mohammad Bakr and Mohammad Subhi Bakr off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town then released them at a later time after confiscating their fishing boat.

Confiscation of Property

At 10:00 on September 13th 2018, Israeli Naval forces confiscated a fishing boat owned by Mohammad Abdel-Raziq Bakr after temporarily detained 3 fishermen off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town then released them at a later time.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 17:30 on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators who were participating in the march of return in east Gaza city.
2. At 17:30 on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 21:30 on September 13th 2018,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 07:30 on September 13th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Khan Yunis city.
2. At 22:40 on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Khuz'a town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.

Raid

At 07:30 on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces escorting several military bulldozers stormed 50m into the vicinity of Sufa crossing point located in east Rafah city then opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 09:45.

Attack

At 23:00 on September 13th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents located near the border fence in east Rafah city.
