WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At dawn on September 14th 2017, Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Mohammed Nimer Al-Lozi, Ahmed Hassan Mutair, Nael Abdul Rahman and Adham Al-Qumbs during their raid into Qalandiya camp {In addition to those mentioned in the previous report.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces detained Suliman Al-Natsha in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. At 23:20, Israeli forces positioned at Hizma Military checkpoint detained Abdallah Hussien Abdallah Alqam.
4. At 00:10, Israeli forces detained 2 children: Mahmoud Thiyab Al-Awar {16 years old} and Islam Al-Jada' {15 years old} in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Nathim village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:45, Israeli forces raided Beitunia town, clashed with several residents, confiscated surveillance camera footage from a home owned by Husam Jamal and Hamood Jamal then withdrew at 04:50.

Attack

At 02:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:45, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from a home owned by Husam Jamal and Hamood Jamal during their raid into Beitunia town.

JENIN

At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Tarm village junction then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces raided Kafriyat village until 13:40.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Anin village until 17:50.
3. At 19:05, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town until 21:20.
4. At 22:35, Israeli forces raided Araba town until 00:10.

TUBAS

Settlers Attacks

At 09:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned in Khilit Hamad and Khilit Al-Jamal area's in the North Jordan Valley then chased away several shepherds and prevented then from herding their lives stocks then withdrew at 11:00.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Quffin town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 11:25.

Raid

1. At 08:45, Israeli forces raided Nazlat Abu Al-Nar village until 10:25.
2. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Jabra and Al-Ras villages until 00:40.

QALQILIYA

At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqilya city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.

NABLUS

At 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shave Shomron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 12:40, Israeli forces raided Awarta village, occupied the rooftop of a building {under construction} owned by Ali Saleh Awad located in Al-Ein area and converted it into a military post then withdrew at a later time.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on September 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town, stormed a home and summoned the child: Ahmad Ibrahim Taha Al-Ashqar {17 years old} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Harris town.

Detention

At 14:20, Israeli forces detained the child Ahmad Taha Shukier {17 years old} {A resident of Al-Zawiya town} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 07:30, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers to {The synagogue of Shahwan} then withdrew at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 11:20.
2. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Beit Fajjar town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.

Raid

1. At dawn on September 14th 2017, Israeli forces raided Harmala village and detained a resident.
2. At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town until 00:50.
3. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Ayada camp in Bethlehem city and summoned Ahmad Ma'moun Abdel-Qadder Budier to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 05:10.
4. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Jala city and summoned Ehab Issa Ishaq Amr to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 05:10.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Suhieb Nasri Al-Zir in Harmala village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Einoun village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1 At 14:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city until 17:00.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Arub camp, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 03:10.
3. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Sa'ir town, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 03:00.

Detention

At 20:10, Israeli forces detained Salah Doud Al-Rajabi after storming his home in the old city of Hebron.

Attack

1. At 00:15, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Aroub camp.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sa'ir town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry of 503 residents returning from Saudi Arabia after performing the Annual pilgrimage "Hajj".
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects.
