WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Eizariya {located near "Ma'ali Adumim" settlement and assaulted several residents.

Detention

1. On the evening of September 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem city detained 2 residents: Mohammad Al-Hindi and Ahmad Mohammad Ali {Both are residents of Shu'fat neighborhood}.
2. At dawn on September 17th 2017, Israeli forces detained Hanadi Al-Halawani {A school teacher} after storming her home in Jerusalem city.

Temporary Detention

At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint in Jerusalem city temporarily detained the family of Jad Minthir Al-Nabulsi {A child} who died after their home caught on fire in Anata town and prevented them from travelling to Jerusalem to recover the child's body in order to question the family about the incident.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Taybeh town junction {located along Al-Mu;arajat road connecting Ramallah and Jericho districts} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 09:30 and at 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Yabroud village bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 22:40.

Raid

1. At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Silwad town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home then detained a resident.
2. At dawn on September 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Liqya town and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Khutbi Abdel-Nasser Hamad in Silwad town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Adel Samari in Beit Liqya town.

Attack

At 04:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their arid into Silwad town.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Muntaza" Mall during their raid into Jenin city then searched residents and vehicles before withdrawing at 16:00.

Raid

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces raided Jenin city, set up a checkpoint then withdrew at 16:00.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces raided Burqin town.
3. At 19:10, Israeli forces raided Kafr Dan village.

Temporary Detention

At 23:10, Israeli forces positioned at the bypass road in east Jenin city temporarily detained 2 residents: Hassan Ibrahim Al-Sayuued and Ahmad Adnan Sitati then released them at a later time.

TUBAS

Detention

On September 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Tayassir Military checkpoint detained 2 residents: Islam Ali Ayoub Bashirat and Mahmoud Ali Ayoub Bashirat {Both are residents of Tamoun town}.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 00:25, Israeli forces raided Quffin town until 02:45.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured Mohammad Fayez Mohammad Hassan, detained 3 residents {including a woman and a child} then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Qusay Saed Hisham Sharim {16 years old}, Abdel-Fattah Nidal Harb Maskawi and Sead Hisham Sharim in Qalqilya city.

Demonstrations

At 18:00, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site.

Attack

1. At 18:00,Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents who were participating in demonstrations against the closure of the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qalqilya City and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Mohammad Fayez Mohammad Hassan during clashes in Qalqilya city.

Temporary Detention

On September 16th 2017, Israeli forces temporarily detained Amjad Abdel-Ma'oun Jum'a as he was paving a road with his bulldozer for the local village council in Kafr Qaddum village then released him after confiscating his bulldozer.

Confiscation of Property

On September 16th 2017, Israeli forces confiscated a Bulldozer during work on paving a road for the local Village council in Kafr Qaddum village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Burin village then searched residents and vehicles until 11:00.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Wazan village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:15.

Raid

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces raided Iraq Burin village , clashed with several residents, injured the child Jaber Hakam Khalid Qaddus {16 years old}, detained a resident then withdrew at 21:00.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 03:20.
3. At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Awarta village until 03:35.

Israeli forces detained Eyad Mahmoud Nimr in Iraq Burin village.

Attack

1. At 17:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Iraq Burin village and as a result injured a child.
2. At 00:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Sabastiya village.

Injuries

The child Jaber Hakam Khalid Qaddus {16 years old} was injured during clashes with Israeli forces in Iraq Burin village.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris town and Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

Detention

On September 16th 2017, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara military checkpoint detained Mohammad Oda Akram Al-Tarshah {A resident of Al-Jaderat village in Jerusalem district}.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 20:50.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 21:50, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 03:40.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Issam Jaber in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 21:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 homes during their raid into Bethlehem city.

Assaults on Property

At 14:20, Israeli forces halted work on a road funded by the Basque Cooperation and Development Agency through the Association for Cooperation CPP in Wadi Al-Shami area located in Al-Khader town near "Danail"settlement.

HEBRON

Raid

At dawn on September 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town , stormed several homes, detained 2 residents {including a child} and summoned Ibrahim Mahmoud Salim Sabarna to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Khitab Waheed Hamdi Abu Mariya {14 years old} and Ahmad Samir Abdel Rahman Abu Ayash in Beit Ummar town.

Physical Assault

At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned along Al-Shuhada' road in the old city of Hebron assaulted Mufeed Al-Sharabati {50 years old} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Settlers Attacks

At 16:20, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military forces stormed Um Al-Khier village located in east Yatta town and assaulted 7 local and International peace activists {who confronted them for attempting to place barbed wire fencing around a plot of land in an attempt to confiscate it } and as a result left the peace activists injured with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.
