WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 14:30 and again at dawn on September 18th 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Issawiya village and detained a resident.
2. At 06:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and detained a resident.

Detention

1. At 14:35 Israeli forces detained 2 residents :Tariq al-Bukhari and Mohammed al-Amuri in Shu'fat neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on September 18th 2017, Israeli forces detained 6 residents: Lu'ay Shakhshir, Muhammad Addukid, Muhammad Abu Nab, Tariq Jaber, Wiam Jaradat and Abdullah Abu Al-Hawa in the neighborhoods of Jerusalem city .
3. Israeli forces detained Mustafa Kashour in Issawiya village.
4. Israeli forces detained Fares Yousef Mukhaimer in Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Closure of main Roads

At 14:30 the Israeli forces closed Al-Ain Street in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem and as a result impeded the free flow of traffic.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 04:00 on September 17th 2017, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ain village and summoned Ma'moun Inad Al-Rifa'i to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp.
3. At 04:00, Israeli forces raided Kobar village, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 5 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Ahmad Hasan Yusuf, Basil Fahad Abu Haj, Raed Mahmoud Sabah, Jadallah Mohammed Ahmed Abu Al Haj and Ibrahim Adnan Ibrahim in Qubar village.

Attack

At 04:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Qubar village.

JENIN

Raid

At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Ya'bad town.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:20, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:35, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 17:35.

Raid

1. At 08:25, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town until 09:00.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem camp, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Al-Muntasir Bilaah Ahmad Shaker Hashiem in Tulkarem camp.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Qaddum village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun Atma village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 21:10, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city until 04:00.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, stormed and searched several homes , detained a resident then withdrew at 04:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Akrama Mohammad Dahbour in Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 00:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 07:45 on September 17th 2017, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Iraq Burin village then searched resiednts and vehicles until 10:25.
2. At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Beit Furiq town and Beit Dajjan village then searched residents and vehicles until 01:35.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Salfit city then searched residents and vehicles until 09:40.
2. At 09:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Rafat village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 17:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Kafil Harris and Harris village then searched residents and vehicles,
4. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the West entrance of Harris village then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Military Checkpoints

At 05:50, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Hamra Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

At 10:50, Israeli forces raided Jericho city as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers as they stormed a Shahwan Synagogue then withdrew at 11:55.

Detention

At 21:20, Israeli forces positioned along road {90} in Jericho district: detained 4 residents: Ghassan Mohammed Nabhan, Abdullah Dawood Nassar, Montaser Zaher Abu Zhou, and Salim Abdel Nassar.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 21:50.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna and Al-Taniya area's located near Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 23:15.

Attack

At 17:50, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of Bilal Bin Rabah mosque and at Ayda camp in Bethlehem city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured Islam Issa Adel Hijazi {A residents of the city of Bethlehem} during clashes in the vicinity of Bilal Bin Rabah mosque and at Ayda camp in Bethlehem city .

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 11:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou' town, stormed and searched a Chicken coup then withdrew at 12:40.
2. At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 20:00, Israeli forces closed Al-Ibrahimi mosque in the old city of Hebron, prevented residents from praying inside, under the pretext of securing the celebrations of extremist settlers in the courtyard of the compound then reopened it at 23:55.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 3rd 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by raiding and opening fire towards Khan Yunis District.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Detention

At 05:00 on September 16th 2017, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence from east Deir Al-Balah city into Israel.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 07:30 on September 17th 2017, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abasan Al-Jadida town.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entry of goods, fuel, construction material for the private sector and internationally funded projects
