Closure

• Since 24:00 on September 17th 2018, The Israeli forces imposed a total closure on the West Bank governorates on the occasion of the Jewish "Yom Kippur" holiday, and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, except for humanitarian cases, after prior coordination until 24:00 on September 19th 2018.

JERUSALEM

Raid

At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and clashed with several residents.

Temporary Detention

On the evening of September 19th 2018, Israeli Authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced Jihad Naasir Qus to 5 days of home detention as a condition for his release from Israeli Police custody after being detained at an earlier time.

Deportation

On September 19th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city Issued a court order to Fadi Matour banning him from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days and imposed a financial penalty 3000 NIS as a condition for his release after he was detained and sent to Israeli Police headquarters in Jerusalem city,

1. At 17:35, Israeli forces positioned at Qalandiya Military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Ram town.

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

At 23:20, Israeli forces raided Deir Qadis village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 23:40.

Attack

At 23:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Deir Qadis village.

JENIN

Raid

At dawn on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Faqu'a village and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Milad Foad Massad and Mushier Munthir Massad in Faqu'a village.

At 08:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Tayassir Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

QALQILIYA

At 02:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

On the evening of September 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents and as a result injured a resident after he was struck by a tear gas canister which was fired directly towards his head.

At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town, detained 2 residents {including a professional Football player} then withdrew at 04:15.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Mohammad Omar Taha Saleh and Ahmad Odah Issa {A a professional Football player} in Al-Khader town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:20, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoints at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city {near bypass road 35}, at Halhul town bridge and at Al-Fuwar junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At dawn on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed and searched a home and detained 3 residents {including a resident , his wife and his son}
2. At dawn on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces raided Yatta town, stormed and searched several homes and summoned Ziyad Abu Fanar to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents : Jamal Karama, his wife Hana Misk and his son Jameel in Hebron city.

Attack

On the morning of September 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Nahda Secindary school and Tariq Bin Zied school in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children for alleged stoning and as a result left several school children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On September 19th 2018, Israeli forces closed Al-Ibrahimi Mosque compound in the old city of Hebron and prevented residents from performing prayers in order to allow Israeli settlers to celebrate and conduct Talmudic rituals inside the mosque in Celebration of the Jewish Holiday Yom Kippur.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts and as result killed a child, injured 22 residents and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed [with the exception of Humanitarian and emergency medical cases only}.

Attack

On the evening of September 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 12 residents and and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli forces injured 12 unidentified residents during clashes near east Jabaliya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

On the evening of September 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Deir Al-Balah town and as a result injured 6 residents.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

On the evening of September 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Qarara town located in east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured 2 residents.

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Qarara town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

Attack

On the evening of September 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Rafah city and as a result killed a child and injured 2 residents.

Killings

Israeli forces killed the child Ma'moun Ibrahim Abu Ayadat {15 years old}{A resident of Rafah city} after opening fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Rafah city.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Rafah city.
