WEST BANK

ALL DISTRICTS

Closure

• Since 24:00 on 17/09 2020, the occupation forces imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank, on the occasion of the "Hebrew New Year Festival" among the Jews, and prevented citizens and workers, including those holding permits from entering Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions and humanitarian cases And emergency medical cases after prior coordination, until 24:00 on 09/20/2020.

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Bado, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 23:20.

Deportation

On 19/09/2020, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem handed over a citizen: Maryam al-Ajlouni, the wife of the citizen: Muhammad Jaber al-Ajlouni - residents of the Old City of Jerusalem, a decision to deport her from the city of Jerusalem, and gave her a period of two weeks to object to the decision.

JENIN

Military Checkpoints

At 09:50, the occupation forces closed the "Movodotan" checkpoint, in front of traffic in both directions, and reopened it at 10:40.

QALQILIYA

Attack

At 18:30, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, near the eastern (closed) entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum, towards the protesters in protest against the closure of the village entrance, under the pretext that it had been pelted with stones, wounding 4 citizens, and injuring several Citizens - suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

Injuries

The 4 wounded, during clashes with the occupation forces, during their participation in a demonstration against the closure of the entrance to Kafr Qaddum (their names were not known).

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. At 17:00, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at Huwara checkpoint, and obstructed traffic.
2. At 22:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at Beit Furik checkpoint, and blocked traffic.

Raid

1. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided the village of Iraq Burin, and confrontations took place with the citizens while on patrol, and withdrew at 21:25.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces raided Beit Furik town, and patrolled until 22:30.

Attack

At 20:15, the occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens, during their raid into the village of Iraq Burin, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones while on patrol.

Land Confiscation

At 16:00, the occupation forces issued a military order to confiscate 803 square meters of land belonging to the citizens of Douma village, under the pretext of establishing a facility to explore for underground water.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 21:20.

Settlers Attacks

At 17:00, a group of settlers entered the citizens' agricultural lands in Khallet Hassan, near the town of Bidya, and cut down and uprooted about 200 olive trees, owned by the citizen: Salim Khalil.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Al-Rashaida, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 12:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Al-Nashash area junction (the southern entrance to Bethlehem), to search cars and check citizens' identities until 13:30.
3. At 12:50, the occupation forces set up a roadblock at the entrance to the village of Marah Rabah, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 18:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasanah area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 20:40.
5. At 18:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the town of Janata, to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 19:20.
6. At 18:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Tuqu ', to search cars and verify citizens' identities until 19:00.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:35, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Halhul, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Kushouk Junction near Beit Einoun, east of Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On the evening of 19/09/2010, the occupation forces closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of Hebron, in front of the citizens and prevented them from performing the prayers inside it, under the pretext of enabling settlers to celebrate and perform Talmudic rituals inside the campus on the occasion of the "Hebrew New Year's Day" for the Jews.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Khan Yunis Governorate, and by firing at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea in the North Gaza Governorate.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 09/19/2020, it is closed (due to the Saturday holiday).

Attack

At 08:30 on 19/09/2020, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the Al-Sudania beach, west of the town of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed on 01/04/2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.

Detention

At 15:30 on 19/09/2020, the occupation forces detained 4 citizens (whose names were not known), to the east of the town of Kafr al-Dik, southeast of Gaza City, while they were trying to infiltrate through the border fence into Israel.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 16:00 on 19/09 2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 16:30 on 19 09. 2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - "Kerem Shalom": on 09/19/2020, it is closed (due to the Saturday holiday).
* Al-Awdah crossing - Rafah: on 09/19/2020 closed.
