WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city the stormed and searched several merchant shops.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village.

Detention

At dawn on September 21st 2018, Israeli forces detained Murad Al-Ash'hab in the old city of Jerusalem.

Temporary Detention

On September 20th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city sentenced 8 residents {including 3 children}: Mohammed Zakaria Alian{ 18 years old}, Qusay Ahmad Dari {17 years old}, Wasim Eyad Dari {16 years old}, Qassim Mounir Derbas {16 years old}, Adam Fadi Mustafa, Abdelkader Dari, Wadih Dawood Alian and Mohamed Moussa Mustafa to home detention for a period of 5 days and imposed a financial penalty of 5000 NIS each as a condition for their release after being arrested at an earlier time .

Deportation

1. On September 20th 2018, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders to expel Hamza Awni Issa Al-Nabali {A Security Guard at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 15 days and imposed a financial penalty of 2000 NIS as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On September 20th 2018,Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders to expel Zienat Abu Subieh {Head of the Female Security Unit at Al-Aqsa mosque compound} from Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 10 days and imposed a financial penalty of 2000 NIS as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.

House Demolition

On September 20th 2018,Israeli military forced Fadi Ahmad Shuwamra to demolish his home in Beit Hanina town for allegedly being built with out a license and imposed financial penalties.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

Settlers Attacks

On the morning of September 20th 2018, Israeli settlers stormed Al-Shoekh Jarrah neighborhood and leveled a plot of land owned by Abdel-Raziq Al-Shiekh in an attempt to seize the property during which local residents were able to intervene and prevent the settlers leveling the land and forced them out the area.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 19:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:20.
2. At 19:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles until 21:20.
3. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Ofra" settlement junction, temporarily detained a resident then released him at 22:20.
4. At 21:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yabroud village then searched residents and vehicles until 01:20.

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli Police forces raided Shuqba village as they were chasing a truck then withdrew at 13:55.
2. At 13:50, Israeli forces raided Rantis village and demolished a home for allegedly being built without a licence.
3. At 05:50, Israeli forces raided Beit Rima town, stormed several homes, detained a resident and confiscated surveillance camera footage from a Carpenter Workshop.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Rami Izzat Mustafa Satouf in Beit Rima town.

Temporary Detention

At 21:00, Israeli forces positioned at flying checkpoint located near "Ofra" settlement junction temporarily detained Ahed Abdel-Hameed Mohammad Hamad {A resident of Silwad town} then released him at 22:20.

Confiscation of Property

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces confiscated a Solid Waste truck owned by Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya village council as it was located on land which is under threat of confiscation by the Israeli Military.
2. At 05:50, Israeli forces confiscated surveillance camera footage from a Carpenter Workshop owned by Abdel-Fattah Mohammad Fayiz Rahimi during their raid into Beit Rima town.

House Demolition

At 13:40, Israeli forces demolished a home {under construction} in Rantis village for allegedly being built with out a licence because of its location in area C which is under Israeli Military and Administrative authority.

JENIN

Detention

At 22:45, Israeli forces detained Izdihar Khalid Shafi' Hamdan {A resident of Jenin city} as she was visiting her husband in "Rimon" prison for allegedly smuggling illegal items into the prison.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ramin village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:55, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Ayman Khalil in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 20:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city, temporarily detained a resident and released him at a later time.
2. At 20:45, Israeli forces raided Azzun town until 20:55.

Temporary Detention

At 20:00, Israeli forces temporarily detained Firas Ishaq Mohammad Subhi Daud during their raid into Qalqiliya city then released him at a later time.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

1. At 21:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:30.
2. At 21:15, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 22:30.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 10:00.

Detention

At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned at Huwara military checkpoint detained Islam Abdel-Karim Shalouf {A resident of Qalqiliya city}.

Settlers Attacks

At 19:30, a Israeli settler from "Shavie Shamron" dumped sewage waste from the settlement on to agricultural land.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Deir Istiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Salfit city, served a military order to halt the construction of a water well and warned residents they would demolish the well if construction continued then withdrew at 11:00
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Kafr Al-Dik town, stormed and searched several homes, detained a resident then withdrew at 02:55.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ahmad Othman Al-Ma'ater in Kafr Al-Dik town.

Closure of main Roads

At 08:00, Israeli forces closed the west entrance of Kafr Al-Dik town and impeded the free flow of traffic.

JERICHO

Temporary Detention

At 22:00, Israeli forces positioned at Allenby bridge temporarily detained Ammar Awad {A resident of Beit Hanina town} then released him at a later time.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.

Raid

1. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village, clashed with several residents then withdrew at 15:15.
2. At 17:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Walja village and served a halt to construction order for a home owned by Majdi Al-Shuwiki for allegedly being built with out a licence.
3. At 04:55, Israeli forces raided Al-Duhisheh camp in Bethlehem city.

Attack

At 14:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nihalin village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city {located along bypass road 35 near Halhul town bridge} and detained a resident.
2. At 00:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp and impeded the free flow of traffic after closing the steel entrance gate then reopened it at a later time.

Raid

1. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched 3 homes.
2. At 02:50, Israeli forces raided Yatta town , stormed and searched several homes and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city {located along bypass road 35 near Halhul town bridge} detained Husam Husni Nassir Al-Din {A resident of Hebron city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Ali Yusef Jabarin in Yatta town.

Attack

At 00:10, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Fuwar camp fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Gaza, Central Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah districts.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching missiles towards residents on Gaza city and as a result injured 8 residents.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Attack

At 20:15 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. At 20:15 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city participating in the right of return march.
2. At 21:50 on September 20th 2018, Israeli Military tanks launched tank artillery shells towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city.

Air Strike

At 21:55 on September 20th 2018, Israeli military aircraft's launched 1 missile near several residents who were flying incendiary kites near the border fence in east Gaza city and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli air strikes towards the border fence in east Gaza city injured 2 unidentified residents.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

1. At 09:00 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Deir Al-Balah city.
2. At 20:15 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 4 residents.
3. At 20:15 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Deir Al-Balah city.
4. At 20:50 on September 20th 2018,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in south east Deir Al-Balah city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

1.Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Buriej camp.
3. Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Deir Al-Balah city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:00 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abbsan town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 19:50 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Khuza'a town in east Khan Yunis city.
3. At 20:15 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march.

Detention

At 09:30 on September 20th 2018, Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they attempted to climb the border fence from east Khan Yunis city into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
