JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town, clashed with several residents and detained a University student.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city and clashed with several residents.
3. At dawn on September 23rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Aweis Yusef Rashid {A University Student}{A resident of Qalqiliya city} in Abu Dis town.
2. Israeli forces detained Yassir Darwish in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

1. At 19:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Abu Dis town.
2. At 22:00, Israeli forces stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city.

Provocation of Palestinian Forces

At 00:25,Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar area {located along the main road connecting Jericho and Jerusalem} blocked a Palestinian National Security Force vehicle from passing through the area as it was on official duty transferring detainees to the Security committee headquarters in Jericho city then allowed them to pass through at 01:00.

Closure

At 24:00 on September 22nd 2018, The Israeli Military imposed a full closure on the West Bank governorates/Districts on the occasion of the "Sukkot" holiday in the city and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering Jerusalem and Israel, Until 24:00 on September 24th 2018.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:40, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Deir Abu Mash'al and Beit Illu villages then searched residents and vehicles until 00:35.

Raid

1. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town until 03:30.
2. At 04:30,Israeli forces raided Jifna village and Al-Jalazoun camp then detained 2 children.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 children: Qutayba Jallal Al-Bayar {17 years old}{A resident of Jifna village} and Ahmad Abu Sabri {16 years old}{A resident of Al-Jalazoun camp} during their raid into Jifna village and Al-Jalazoun camp.

Closure of main Roads

At dawn on September 23rd 2018, Israeli forces closed the main road leading to Al-Jalazoun camp{which is located near Bet El settlement in North Al-Bireh city} with cement blocks and impeded the free flow of traffic after an alleged detonation of a UXO near the settlement.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 17:20, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Nabi Saleh village junction stoned resiednts and vehicles passing through the area.
2. At 23:00, a group of Israeli settlers positioned at Beitin village junction then withdrew at 03:35.

JENIN

Raid

At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Bruqin town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result left 2 children suffocated from tear gas inhalation then detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Tarik Ibrahim Shadouf and Ahmad Sami Ighnayim in Bruqin town.

Attack

At 03:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Bruqin town and as a result left 2 children suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 19:20, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 23:05.

Detention

At 23:20, Israeli forces detained Hazim Ziyad Abdel-Al {A resident of Kuffa village} at a flying checkpoint along the main road leading to Jericho city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 02:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles until 03:20.

Raid

At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Qassim Al-Rayashi, Hamza Salim Radwan and Raed Salim Radwan in Azzun town.

Attack

At 00:15, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furiq Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafil Harris town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 07:30 on September 23rd 2018, Israeli forces raided Harris village.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jinata town then searched residents and vehicles until 22:10.
2. At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 23:00.

Raid

At 15:30, Israeli forces raided Nihalin village , clashed with several residents then withdrew at 15:45.

Attack

At 15:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Nihalin village.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:30, Israeli forces set up 3 checkpoint at the entrance of Yatta and Al-Samou' towns and Al-Fuwar camp then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 22:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Einoun village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces raided Khirbeit Aqawies village in Yatta town, confiscated construction equipment and material owned by Khalid Musa Al-Najjar and Khalid Abu Aram.
2. At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town and detained 3 residents.
3. At 04:50, Israeli forces raided Dura town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces detained Islam Ratib Zuhda near the entrance of Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron.
2. At 13:25, Israeli forces detained Nathmi Mohammad Amer {A resident of Nablus city} near Al-Ibrahimi mosque compound in the old city of Hebron.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Riziq Fathi Abdel-Hamid Ja'afra, Abdallah Fathi Abdel-Hamid Ja'afra and Ramzi Waleed Ja'afra in Tarqumiya town.
4. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Salama Mohammad Salama Al-Arjan, Basil Mohammad Hassan Al-Fasfous and Aweis Hshim Al-Rajoub in Dura town.

Confiscation of Property

1. At 14:30, Israeli forces confiscated construction equipment and material owned by Khalid Musa Al-Najjar and Khalid Abu Aram during their raid into Khirbeit Aqawies village in Yatta town.
2. On September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces stormed Um Al-Shuqhan area located near "Avigayil" settlement located in east Yatta town confiscated a truck carrying construction material and a Electrical generator owned by Al-Zien and Makhamar families.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.
• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards North Gaza, Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.
• Israeli Military aircraft's broke the ceasefire agreement by launching a missile towards North Gaza district and as a result injured 18 residents.
• Palestinian Gunmen broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Israeli forces positioned near the border fence in North Beit Lahiya town.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is closed.

Attack

1. At 10:00 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North Beit Lahiya town.
2. At 20:45 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Jabaliya town participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 15 residents.

Air Strike

At 21:45 on September 22nd 2018, a Israeli Military aircraft launched a missile towards several residents as they were flying incendiary kites towards the border fence in east Jabaliya town.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 15 unidentified residents during clashes in east Jabaliya town.

Palestinian Attacks

At 12:15 on September 22nd 2018, Palestinian gunmen positioned in North Beit Lahiya town opened fire towards Israeli forces located near the border fence.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 16:00 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city participating in the right of return march.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 19:00 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 1 unidentified resident in east Al-Buriej camp.

Detention

At 19:30 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces detained a unidentified resident as he was attempting to climb the border fence from east Al-Buriej camp into Israel.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 09:45 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 21:00 on September 22nd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 2 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 2 unidentified residents after opening fire towards demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.
