WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Issa Mohammad Khalil and Qusay Mohammad Khalil in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
2. At dawn on September 25th 2019, Israeli forces detained Fadi Al-Mahdi {Palestinian Minister of Jerusalem Affairs} after storming his home in Jerusalem city.

Deportation

1.On September 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 2 residents: Hanadi Al-Hilwani and Khadija Khiwies {both are residents of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem until the end of the month of September as a condition for their release after being detained earlier in the day near a main entrance gate leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
2. On September 24th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Arin Za'anin {a resident of Jerusalem city} from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem until September 29th 2019 as a condition for her release after being detained at an earlier time.

House Demolition

On September 24th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a Apartment {under construction}which is owned by Issa Mohammad Khalil which located on the third floor of a building in Al-Tur neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Destruction of Property

On September 24th 2019, Israeli forces demolished a barn owned by Na'im Al-Qadi located in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city for allegedly being built with out a licence.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village.

Settlers Attacks

At 11:35, a group of Israeli settlers set fire to a plot of agricultural land located in the area between Al-Mughier and Abu Falah villages.

JENIN

Detention

1. At 13:50, Israeli forces detained Osama Nayef Abu Sawies {a resident of Qabatiya town} as he was attending a trail hearing for one of his relatives in "Salem" military base.
2. At 13:55, Israeli forces detained Uday Mohammad Yasser Farahat {a resident of Jenin camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.

TUBAS

Confiscation of Property

On the morning of September 24th 2019, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Ahmad Fayex Mustafa Daraghma in Al-Ras Al-Ahmar area located in the North Jordan Valley.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 00:55,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 02:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras Attiya village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 12:00, Israeli forces positioned at the North entrance of Azzun town detained 2 children: Abdel-Rahman Eyad Daud {16 years old} and Jibril Ahmad Jibril {16 years old} {both are residents of Qalqiliya city}.

Attack

At 01:50, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Raid

1. On September 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village then installed several tents and raised an Israeli Flag at an Archaeological site in preparation to allow Israeli settlers to Celebrate a Jewish Holiday.
2. At 04:05, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, Rujib and Kafr Qalil villages , clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes, detained 3 residents then withdrew at 05:10.

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Abdel-Rahman Mahmoud Dweikat, Khalid Jamal Abdallah Al-Halabi and Hamdi Alam Khashnat during their raid into Nablus city, Rujib and Kafr Qalil villages.

Attack

At 04:05, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city, Rujib and Kafr Qalil villages.

At 22:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Zawiya town then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 11:25.

At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:20.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Majdi Abdel-Qadder Mahmoud Awidat during their raid into Ein Al-Sultan camp in Jericho city.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 11:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 11:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Nihalin town then searched residents and vehicles until 12:50.

Raid

On September 24th 2019, Israeli forces raided Kisan village located in South Teqou' town and served military orders for the demolition of 2 homes owned by Ayman Yacoub Ghazal and Amjad Yacoub Ghaza for allegedly being built without a license.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Ithna town and detained a resident.

Detention

1.At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp detained 2 children: Qutayba Imad Hassan Al-Ra'i {13 years old} and Mahmoud Yusef Al-Madi {15 years old} after assaulting Mahmoud as he was attempting to prevent them from detaining him and as a result left him injured with contusions which caused him to lose consciousness
2. Israeli forces detained Tarik Mohammad Musa Al-Tumayzi in Ithna town.

Physical Assault

At 14:55, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Al-Arrub camp assaulted a unidentified 53 year old woman {then mother of Mahmoud Yusef Al-Madi 15 years old} as she was attempting to prevent Israeli forces from detaining her son and as a result left her injured with contusions.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

CENTRAL GAZA

Raid

At 08:30 on September 24th 2019, Israeli forces escorting military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of east Deir Al-Balah town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 12:50.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.

Attack

At 09:30 on September 24th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in North East Rafah city.
