WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

At dawn on September 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 3 residents.

Detention

1. At 10:00, Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Khader Yahya Khalil Al-Ajlouni, Yacob Al-Dabagh and Hisaham Al-Bishti in the old city of Jerusalem.
2. On September 25th 2019, Israeli forces detained 2 residents {including a child}: Mohammad Jawad Abu Ramouz (14 years old) and Malik Jawdat Abu Sineineh in Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem city.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Mushier Halabiya, Imran Warad and Maen Warad in Abu Dis town.

Closure (per District)

At 09:00, Israeli forces closed Al-Muntar area located in Al-Sawahrat village and declared it a closed military zone.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:55, Israeli forces set up 2 checkpoints at the entrances of Kafr Ein and Deir Intham villages then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On the morning of September 25th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bir Ziet town and detained a University student.
2. At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched 2 buildings, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 12:45.
3. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Intham village and detained 3 residents.
4. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city and Al-Amary camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and as a result injured a resident.
5. At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Kafr Ni'ma village.
6. At dawn on September 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp and detained a resident.
7. At dawn on September 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Bir Zeit and Kobar towns and Abu Shikhidum village, stormed and searched a plot of land in Kobar town, clashed with several residents in Bir Ziet town and Abu Shikhidum village.
8. At dawn on September 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Ni'lin town and detained a resident.

Attack

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 buildings during their raid into Ramallah city.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces positioned near Beit Ur Al-Tahta village opened fire towards a child {who allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli soldier} and as a result wounded wounding him before detaining him
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched 2 buildings during their raid into Al-Bireh city and Al-Amary camp and as a result injured a resident.
4. At 02:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Bir Zeit and Kobar towns and Abu Shikhidum village.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces wounded the child: Ramiz Aladdin Abdel-Kareem Hamoudat {15 years old} after opening fire towards him after he allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli soldier near Beit Ur Al-Tahta village.
2. Israeli forces injured Taha Mahmoud Abu Latifa during clashes in Al-Amary camp.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Nathim Sami Mutier {a University student}{a resident of Dura town in Hebron district} in Bir Ziet town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Samer Al-Arabied and Muhanad Ismail Abu Rajab in Ramallah city.
3. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ramez Mohammed Yahya Al-Tamimi, Mohammed Hashim Abdul Hafeez Al-Tamimi, and Abdullah Mohammed Saleh Al-Tamimi in Deir Intham village.
4. Israeli forces detained Ahmad Taysir Rashid in Al-Jalazoun camp.
5.Israeli forces detained Khalil Ibrahim Amirat in Ni'lin town.

Attack

On September 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jamala Military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 08:00,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 10:10.

Flying Checkpoints

At 08:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Lid town then searched residents and vehicles until 10:10.

Physical Assault

At 23:35, Israeli forces positioned at Wall gate (104} located in Tulkarem city assaulted Osama Maher Awad {a resident of Izbit Al-Jarad village} and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Attack

At 22:45, Israeli forces positioned at wall gate (664) located in Shwikiya neighborhood in Tulkarem city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:45 and again at 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles until 20:40.
2. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Azzun town and detained a resident.

Raid

At 24:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town, detained a resident then withdrew at 05:50.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a checkpoint near the entrance of Azzun town detained Taha Mohammad Khalid Al-Zaqat {a resident of Rujieb village in Nablus district}.
2. Israeli forces detained Akrama Ayoub Ramzi in Azzun town.

Attack

1. At 18:15, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Al-Naqqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city opened fire towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 19:15, Israeli forces positioned near Kafr Laqif village bridge opened fire towards several residents for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned at Sara town junction {located along the main road connecting Nablus and Qalqiliya} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 11:50, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Hatab village until 12:20.

SALFIT

Raid

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces raided Deir Ballout town, stormed and searched a live stock den.
2. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Bidya town until 05:40.

Detention

On the evening of September 25th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Za'tara junction military checkpoint detained Ashraf Al-Louzi {a resident of Qalandiya camp in Jerusalem district}.

Destruction of Property

At 10:45, Israeli forces demolished a love stock den owned by Tayssir Rushdi Abdallah in Deir Ballout town for allegedly being built without a license.

Closure of main Roads

On September 24th 2019, Israeli forces closed the steel entrance gate located between Kafil Harris town and Harris village thus impeding the free flow of traffic.

Settlers Attacks

On September 24th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed agricultural land located in Yassuf village which is located near "Rahalim" settlement and stole Olive harvests from approximately 40 Olive trees.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 22:20.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jalla city then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Al-Thahriya town then stormed and searched a home.
2. At 03:40, Israeli forces raided Halhul town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then detained a resident.
3.At 04:20, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, detained a resident and summoned Majd Badran to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

Detention

1. At 12:10, Israeli forces detained Osama Ahmad Mohammad Al-Sawiti {a resident of Beit Awwa town}.
2. At 16:35, Israeli forces detained Ayham Hani Ja'arat near the entrance of Al-Arroub camp.
3. Israeli forces detained Bashar Abdel Alim Da'na in Hebron city.
4. Israeli forces detained Islam Eyad Al-Bo in Halhul town.

Attack

At 03:40, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Halhul town.

House Demolition

At 09:00, Israeli forces demolished a home owned by Samir Dudani {a Palestinian detainee} in Al-Hajrat village for allegedly being built without a license.

Destruction of Property

At 12:10, Israeli forces demolished a storage den owned by Nader Jaber located in Al-Buq'a area near "Kiryat Araba'" settlement in east Hebron city for allegedly being built without a license.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

At 20:05 on September 25th 2019,,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 17:00 on September 25th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents near the border fence in east Gaza city as they attempted to climb the border fence into Israel then managed to escape back into the Gaza strip.

KHAN YUNIS

Raid

At 07:15 on September 25th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 70 m into the vicinity of east Al-Qarara town located in North east Khan Yunis city and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 13:20.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
