JERUSALEM

Attack

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Silsilah gate {a main gate leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem opened fire towards a child, left him wounded then detained him for allegdly attempting to stab a Israeli Police officer.
2. On September 26th 2019, Israeli forces positioned near Al-Za'im military checkpoint fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

Israeli forces opened fire towards and wounded the child Ashraf Hassan Mohammad Odwan {12 years old}{a resident of Al-Eizariya town} after he allegedly attempting to stab a Israeli Police officer near Al-Silsilah gate {a main gate leading to Al-Aqsa mosque compound} in the old city of Jerusalem.

Detention

Deportation

1. On September 26th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 3 residents: Hisham Al-Bushtu, Yacoub Al-Dabagh and Kahder Al-Ajlouni from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 16 days as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.
2. On September 26th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning Mohammad Al-Shalabi from entering Al-Aqsa mosque compound in the old city of Jerusalem for a period of 6 months as a condition for his release after being detained at an earlier time.
3. On September 26th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued orders banning 4 residents: Ali Bader, Mohammed Nasser Mahmoud, Basil Mohammed, and Sufian al-Issawi from their places of residence in Al-Eisawiya village for a period of 9 days as a condition for their release after being detained at an earlier time.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 09:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Atara town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 16:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Halamish" settlement junction, temporarily detained a resident then released him at a later time.

Raid

At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 04:15.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Sa'ed Ishtaya and Abdel-Raziq Faraj in Ramallah city.

Temporary Detention

At 16:05, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near "Hamlish" settlement roundabout temporarily detained Sanad Yasser Abdel Jawad {a resident of Jibiya village} then released him at a later time.

Attack

At 02:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah city.

Detention

On September 26th 2019, Israeli forces detained Sa'id Azziz Jaber Zandiq {a resident of Tulkarem city}.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Jit village junction then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Jayyous town and Al-Nabi Eliyas village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 18:300, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:00.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 22:30,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Kafil Harris town until 22:15.
2. At 01:15, Israeli forces raided Al-Zawiya town and Mashat village until 03:35.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 16:00, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1.At 16:55 and again at 22:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the north entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 20:45

Raid

At 12:50, Israeli forces raided Wadi Fuqin village.

Temporary Detention

At 19:25, Israeli forces temporarily detained Khlil Adel Mohammad Asad {a resident of Irtas village} as he was harvesting grapes in Wadi Abu Amirat area located in Irtas village then released him at 23:25.

HEBRON

Raid

1. On the afternoon of September 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar town and detained a resident.
2. On the evening of September 26th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Thaher area located in Beit Ummar town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Yusef Ibrahim Kamil Al-Alami in Beit Ummar town.

Attack

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Hajrat village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they demolished the remaining section of Samir Dudien's home [who's home was demolished in the report of September 26th 2019}.
2. On the evening of September 26th 2019, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Thaher area located in Beit Ummar town.

Land Confiscation

On July 31st 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order confiscating about 1500 dunums of the land of Dura, after the activation of a decision issued since 1987 to confiscate 3 plots of citizens' land, under the pretext that they are "state property" and the lands included in the decision. Built on residential, agricultural and other plantations planted with olive and almond trees, part of which is located within the boundaries of Area B according to the Oslo Accords. These include the "Ottoman Tabu" for the families of Amr, Abu Sharar, Khatib, Shaheen, Dudeen and Huraibat, as well as a number of new owners.

* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

At 09:50 on September 26th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
