WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

On 28. 09. 2020, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens (brothers) Imad Khalil Abisan, and his brother Ali.- residents of the Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours in its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 20:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the Deir Dibwan bridge, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 23:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Ayyun al-Haramiyya junction (on the main road, Ramallah - Nablus), and arrested a citizen.

Raid

At 21:40, Israeli forces raided the village of Kafr Malik, where clashes took place with citizens as they storemed 2 homes, and detained 2 citizens, and confiscated a private property for one of them.

Detention

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the Ein al-Haramiyeh junction (on the main road Ramallah - Nablus) detained Rafat Majdi Fattouh Hajjah - residents of Balata camp in Nablus.
2. The two detainees in the village of Kafr Malik are: Ghassan Ahmed Bairat and Ayoub Abdel Rahman Bairat.

Attack

At 21:40, the occupation forces fired sound and tear gas canisters at the citizens during their raid into the village of Kafr Malik, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones as they stormed 2 houses.

Confiscation of Property

At 21:40, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle, owned by the citizen: Ghassan Ahmed Bairat, in Kafr Malik village as they detained him.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Zobuba village, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Zbuba village, and conducted a patrol.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 22:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Safarin, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 23:50,Israeli forces raided the village of Far'oun and patrolled until 00:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 07:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

Attack

At 16:25, Israeli forces positioned in the vicinity of the "Eyal" crossing, north of Qalqilya, fired live and metal-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, on the pretext that they were being thrown with stones.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Deir Sharaf village junction (on the main road, Nablus - Tulkarm), to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 23:50, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint to inspect the "Yitzhar" settlement junction and arrested citizens.

Detention

1. At 20:40, Israeli occupation forces have detained 4 citizens - residents of Ain Beit El Maa camp in Nablus, namely: Muhammad Iyad Hamdi, Karim Shaheen, Muhammad Hamdi, and Muhammad Abu al-Rish, on the pretext that they were found in possession of Molotov cocktails in the direction of the colony .
2. The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the junction of "Yitzhar" settlement is Alaa Hussam Naji Nassar - residents of Anabta town in Tulkarm governorate.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr al-Dik, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tuqu '. The checkpoint was established repeatedly at 20:35 to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Beit Jala, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 21:55, the Israeli occupation forces set up checkpoint near the town of Al-Khader, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 00:50, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 10:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Samou 'town and conducted a patrol.
2. At 05:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Arroub camp and detained a child.
3. Today at dawn, 09/29/2020, Israeli forces raided Deir Al-Asal village, stormed and searched a house.

Detention

Detained in Al-Arroub camp is: Ahmed Emad Al-Badawi, 14 years old.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

Since15:00 on 27/09/2010, the occupying forces closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in the Old City of Hebron, in front of the citizens and prevented them from performing the prayers inside it, under the pretext of enabling the settlers to celebrate and perform Talmudic rituals inside the campus on the occasion of the "Day of Forgiveness" among the Jews.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. Other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within a month of the ceasefire.

• On the morning of June 28, 2019, the occupation forces allowed the expansion of the fishing distance from opposite the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles.
• On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.

• The occupying forces violated the ceasefire, by firing from their positions on the Green Line in the North Gaza Governorate, and by firing boats at the fishermen's boats at sea in the North Gaza and Gaza governorates.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 09/28/2020, is closed (except for the passage of emergency humanitarian cases).

Attack

1. At 16:45 on 28/09/2020, the occupation forces fired from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Jabalia town.
2. At 00:30 today, 09/29/2020, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats while chasing them at sea off the coast of Al-Sudania area, west of the town of Beit Lahia.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* The Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed on 01/04/2010 by an Israeli unilateral decision.

Attack

At 23:45 on 09/28/2020, Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen's boats, while chasing them at sea off the coast of Gaza City.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sufa Crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom Crossing - “Kerem Shalom”: 28/09/2020 is closed {for Jewish Holidays}.
* Al-Awda - Rafah crossing: on 28. 09. 2020 is open in both directions (for the entry and departure of citizens).
