JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Shu'fat camp in Jerusalem city until 11:05.
2. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town and detained 2 residents.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Kafr Aqab town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Qalandiya camp and detained a resident.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ibrahim Nasser Jamil Attallah and Mohammad Salah Ayed in Abu Dis town.
2. Israeli forces detained Bassam Abu Irmeleh in Kafr Aqab town.
3. Israeli forces detained Sayef Abu Irmeleh in Qalandiya camp.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 10:00, Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ein Sinya village roundabout then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Nabi Saleh village then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Mughier village and served a military order to halt construction on a home owned by Ammar Hussin Jabr Abu Aliya for allegdly being built without a licence.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Tarm village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Ya'bad town and detained a resident.

Raid

1. At 18:30, Israeli forces raided Turat Al-Gharbiya and Nazlat Yazid villages.
2. At 22:10, Israeli forces raided Zubaba, Rumana, Al-Taybat and Annin villages.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located near the entrance of Ya'bad town detained Abdel-Rahman Qassim Al-Sa'di {A resident of Jenin camp}.

TUBAS

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ein Al-Bayda village located in the North Jordan valley then searched residents and vehicles.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 15:40, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Rammin village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Far'oun village until 13:30.
2. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and Safarin village.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and detained 3 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Ra'fat Jamil Abdel-Rahman Nassif , Ahmad Sa'ada Al-Taya and Abdel-Hakim Mohammad Shakir Hamdan in Tulkarem city.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town and detained a resident.

Raid

At 10:35, Israeli forces raided Immatin and Far'ata villages until 15:50.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town detained Samah Shihab Tamli {A resident of Qalqiliya city}.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at "Shavei Shamron" settlement then searched residents and vehicles until 14:00.
2. At 19:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Qussin village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 13:40, Israeli forces raided Beita town until 18:15.
2. At 15:40, Israeli forces raided Qussin village.
3. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Nablus city and Balata camp, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and detained 4 residents.
4. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Yitma village until 05:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 4 residents: Imad Al-Amoudi {A resident of Nablus city}, Islam Abdel-Karim Hashash {A resident of Balata camp}, Yusef Abdel-Kareem Hashash {A resident of Balata camp} and Husam Abu Zaytoun {A resident of Balata camp}.

Attack

At 01:35, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Nablus city and Balata camp.

Settlers Attacks

1. At dawn on September 3rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Beita town and spray painted racist graffiti on vehicles.
2. On the evening of September 3rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers opened fire towards the home of Jamal Rida Sayef Al-Qarib located along the main road connecting Nablus and Jenin.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 18:30,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Fasayil village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 01:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Oja village then stormed and searched 2 homes.

BETHLEHEM

Injuries

At dawn on September 3rd 2018, Israeli forces injured 6 residents: Loai Ali Abu Amer, Yacoub Issa Al-Arraj, Uday Nidal Hajajlat, Mohammad Issa Al-Araj, Mohammad Mustafa Al-Araj and Ahmad Mustafa Al-Araj during clashes in Al Walaja village as they attempted to prevent Israeli forces from demolishing a home which was allegedly built with out a licence {as mentioned in the previous report}.

House Demolition

At dawn on September 3rd 2018, Israeli forces demolished 2 homes owned by Ahmad Ali Abu Tin and Ala Abed Muh'sien Hajajlat during their raid into Al Walaja village.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces raided Tarqumiya town and Deir Sammit village.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Dura town, detained 3 residents and confiscated a vehicle.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im town and detained a resident.
4. At dawn on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
5. At dawn on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces raided Tuwas village located in south Beit Awwa town, detained a resident and confiscated a vehicle.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained 3 residents: Yusef Nasser Al-Assir, Ahmad Soliman Abu Sondos and Ayed Soliman Daweid in Dura town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mubarak Allan Zidat in Bani Na'im town.
3. Israeli forces detained Husam Al-Hashlamoun in Hebron city.

Attack

At 18:25, Israeli forces positioned near "Kiryat Arba' " settlement located in North East the old city of Hebron opened fire towards and killed a resident { who allegdly attempted to stab a Israeli soldier}.

Killings

Israeli forces opened fire towards and killed Wael Abdel-Fattah Abdel-Ghani Al-Ja'bari {27 years old}{A resident of Hebron city} near "Kiryat Arba' " settlement located in North East the old city of Hebron.

Confiscation of Property

1. At 00:30, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Yusef Nassar Al-Assar after detaining him during their raid into Dura town.
2. At dawn on September 4th 2018, Israeli forces confiscated a vehicle owned by Mohammad Ismail Abu Arqoub as they detained him during their raid into Tuwas village located in south Beit Awwa town.

Home seizure

On September 3rd 2018, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Sahlat area located in the old city of Hebron and seized the home owned by Al-Za'tarai family entered furniture into the home.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the seaport and airports and on May 4th 2017, Israeli authorities increased the fishing limit to 9 nautical miles from Wadi Gaza until the south border of the Gaza strip and on June 26th 2017 Israeli forces decreased the fishing limit back to 6 nautical miles and on October 17th 2017, Israeli forces increased the fishing limit back to 9 nautical miles and on December 12th 2017 reduced fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 6 nautical miles south of Wadi Gaza and opposite to Rafah and on July 17th 2018, Israeli forces reduced the fishing area from 6 nautical miles to 3 nautical miles, On August 15th 2018, Israeli forces increased the fishing area from 3 nautical miles up to 9 nautical miles from the coast of Al-Badeir area located in Central Gaza up to Rafah district located South of the Gaza strip.

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Khan Yunis district.
• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza district and as a result injured a fisherman

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 06:00 on September 4th 2018, Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city and as a result injured a fisherman.

Injuries

Israeli Naval forces injured Khalid Abu Sadeq {22 years old}{A Fisherman} after opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Gaza city.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 09:15 on September 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Abbsan town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 14:00 on September 3rd 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents during right of return protest in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured a unidentified resident during clashes in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of residents and for the entry of emergency humanitarian and medical supplies.
