WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 06:00 on September 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town, detained a resident and summoned Yusef Abd Shihada to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 09:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town.
3. At 13:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town and clashed with several residents.
4. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Judat Abdallah Bassat in Al-Eizariya town.

Deportation

On the evening of September 5th 2019, Israeli authorities in Jerusalem city issued an order banning 7 residents: Mohammed Dari, Ahmed Attia, Mahmoud Mahmoud, Fadi Attia, Emad Abu Riyala, Noureddine Shalabi, and Mahmoud Abdel Qader {all residents of Al-Eisawiya village} from their places of residence until September 12th 2019 and fined them 500 NIS and and additional 5000 NIS each as a condition for their release after they were detained at an earlier time.

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Ram town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:30, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At 22:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Bireh city until 01:30.
2. At 05:00, Israeli forces raided Kobar town, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched a home, detained a resident then withdrew at 06:00.

Detention

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces detained Tamer Farah Ali Al-Tamimi {a resident of Al-Nabi Saleh village}.
2. At 12:10, Israeli forces detained Shadi Ahmad Ammar {a resident of Al-Bireh city}.
3. Israeli forces detained Sari Issam Habib Al-Barghouthi in Kobar town.

Attack

At 05:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Kobar town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 11:50, Israeli forces raided Arraba town.
2. At 17:15, Israeli forces raided Turat Al-Gharbiya village.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town, Kor, Fakr Sor, Al-Ras and Jabarat villages.
2. At 01:35, Israeli forces raided Safarin village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Azzun and Kafr Thulth towns then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 20:35, Israeli forces raided Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 15:25, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area located near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Nablus city and Assira Al-Shamaliya town then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 21:000, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Furiq town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

JERICHO

At 21:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Manashir area located in Al-Khader town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:00 and again at 21:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 10:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 10:20 and again at 20:00, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.
2. At 11:40, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
3. At 00:35,Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa town until 06:20.
4. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.

Detention

1. At 04:00, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Bader Fadil Al-Ajlouni in the old city of Hebron.
2. At 05:50, Israeli forces detained Wadi' Badran Jaber in Farsh Al-Hawa area located in Hebron city.

Land Levelling

At 11:50, Israeli forces leveled a plot of land planted with Olive trees. in North Surif village.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Raid

At 07:00 on September 5th 2019, Israeli forces escorting Military bulldozers stormed 50 m into the vicinity of North west Beit Lahiya town and opened fire as they leveled a plot of land then withdrew at 12:00.

Attack

At 07:00 on September 5th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
