JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 12:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town and detained a resident.
2. At 17:00 and again at dawn on September 9th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and detained 2 residents after storming their homes.

Detention

1. Israeli forces detained Fadi Jamil Matar Shikirat in Al-Eizariya town.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Ameen Omar Hamad and Mohammad Ameen Obied in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

1. At 17:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets' stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat military checkpoint in Jerusalem city fired rubber coated steel bullets' stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 09:00, a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Raid

1. At dawn on September 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Silwad town and detained 5 residents.
2. At dawn on September 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town and detained 2 residents.
3. At 10:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Jalazoun camp until 11:35.
4. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Obwein, Awarta, Beit Rima and Deir Ghassana towns and Mazara' Al-Nubani, Qarwat Bani Zied and Kafr Ein villages, clashed with several residents as they stormed several homes in Beit Rima town and as a result injured a child and detained another child.

Detention

1.Israeli forces detained 5 residents: Khalil Hassan Hamed, Musa Yasser Al-Najjar, Noman Saleh Juma Hamed, Mohammed Yasser Hamed, and Mohammed Lotfi Juma Hamed in Silwad town.
2. Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Shariti in Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya town.
3. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Izat Mustafa Satouf {17 years old} in Beit Rima town.

Attack

At 02:30, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets,stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Beit Rima town and as a result injured a child.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured the child: Nour El Din Thaljeh during clashes in Beit Rima town.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 05:20, Israeli forces raided Rumana village.
2. At dawn on September 9th 2019, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya town and detained 2 residents.

Detention

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Amin Al-Suhayeb Zakarna and Ahmad Yusef Kamil in Qabatiya town.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Far'oun village.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village then detained a Palestinian National Security Force officer.
2. At 18:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Kafr Qaddum then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 19:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town,Kafr Laqif and Al-Nabi Eliyas villages.
2. At 22:30, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near the entrance of Al-Nabi Eliyas village detained Ahmad Hamdan Abdel-Hadi Ishtawi {a resident of Balata camp in Nablus city}.

At 22:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

Confiscation of Property

At 12:30, Israeli forces confiscated a Bulldozer and a Truck owned by Amjad Abdel-Mo'men Jum'a {a resident of Kafr Qaddum village} in Jabal Mohammad area located in North Kafr Qaddum village.

Closure of main Roads

On the evening of September 8th 2019, Israeli forces closed the North entrance of Azzun town {located along the main road connecting Azzun town and Izbit Al-Tabib village} and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

NABLUS

Raid

1. At 12:35, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Qibliya village until 14:05.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces raided Aqraba town until 20:40.
3. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Tel village and detained a resident.
4. At 04:30, Israeli forces raided Zuwata village.

Detention

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces positioned at Beit Furiq Military checkpoint detained Mohammad Ali Mahmoud.
2. Israeli forces detained Malik Billal Ishtaya in Tel village.

Killings

At 17:40, Bassam Ameen Mohammad Al-Sayah {47 years old}{a resident of Nablus city}{A Palestinian Detainee} died at an Israeli hospital because of Medical negligence.

SALFIT

Raid

At 07:20, Israeli forces raided Bidya and Kafr Al-Dik towns.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:30, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near the entrance of "Brughin" settlement stoned a vehicle driven and owned by Fakri Jawad Barakat {a resident of Bruqin town} and as a result damaged the vehicle.

BETHLEHEM

Military Checkpoints

At 17:15,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Al-Container military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:15 and again at 19:00,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 00:10,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 00:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town.
2. At 01:20, Israeli forces raided Al-Obidiya town.
3. At 01:50, Israeli forces raided Dar Salah village.

HEBRON

1. At 09:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the center of Al-Shuhada road located in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint along Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 11:00, Israeli forces raided Beit Awwa and Al-Thahriya towns and Deir Sammit village.
2. At 23:10, Israeli forces raided Hebron city then stormed and searched a home.
3. On September 8th 2019, Israeli forces raided Beit Ummar and clashed with several residents.
4. At 00:40, Israeli forces raided Dura town.
5. At 01:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town and detained 2 residents.

Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Laith Yousef Abdul Hadi Asafra, and Mohamed Jihad Asafra in Beit Kahil town.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

•Israeli forces broke the cease fire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis districts.

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

At 08:40 on September 8th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land located in east Al-Maghazi camp.

KHAN YUNIS

Attack

1. At 08:30 on September 8th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards agricultural land in east Al-Qarara town located in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 13:00 on September 8th 2019,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards Palestinian gunmen sites in east Khan Yunis city.

Detention

1. At 14:00 on September 8th 2019,Israeli forces detained a unidentified resident in east Khan Yunis city as he attempted to climb the border fence into Israeli.
2. At 19:00 on September 8th 2019,Israeli forces detained 2 unidentified residents as they were attempting to climb the border fence from east Khan Yunis city into Israel.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
