DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 12th April 2023-08:00, 13th April 2023
On the evening of 12/4/2023, the occupation forces raided the Shuafat camp, the Old City of Jerusalem, the town of Al-Ram and Jaba, clashed with the citizens, during which the occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens.
1. At 07:30, the occupation forces detained the citizen Haitham Al-Shweiki - residents of the town of Silwan while he was in the town of Al-Eizariya.
2. At 18:30, the occupation forces detained Hamza Abu Hamed, 19, while he was in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
3. At 19:30, the occupation forces re-detained the citizen, Maher Abu Al-Hawa, from Jerusalem, after he was released two days ago.
1. On the morning of 12/4/2023, the occupation forces delivered orders to deport 6 boys from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque for a month and imposed house arrest on them for a period of 9 days, and a financial guarantee of 1000 shekels for each of them, and they had arrested them last week as soon as they left Al-Aqsa Mosque .
2. At 20:00, the occupation forces handed the citizen Muhammad Abdel-Haq an order to deport him from Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of two months.
On the morning of 12/4/2023, the occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens, during clashes that took place during their storming of neighborhoods in the Old City of Jerusalem, Shuafat Camp, the town of Al-Ram and Jaba, and no injuries were reported.
On the morning of 4/12/2023, the occupation forces imposed arbitrary measures and restrictions on visitors to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, including measures to reduce the number of visitors to celebrate the Holy Saturday.
At 18:35, the occupation forces raided the town of Deir Ammar and conducted a patrol.
1. At 17:20, the occupation forces raided the villages of Ya`bad, Araba, Markah, Anza, Ojja, Fahmeh, Bir Al-Basha and Al-Jalama, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 17:20, the occupation forces raided the villages of Jaba, Sanur, Mithlon, Siris, Al-Jadida and Sir, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 12:00, the occupation forces raided the villages of Jaba', Ojja, Araba, Ya'bad Merka, Anza, Bir Al-Basha and Fahma, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 17:25, the occupation forces raided the villages of Mithlon, Sanur, Siris, Sir, and Al-Jadida, and conducted a patrol. .
5. At 20:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Jalama and conducted a patrol.
At 12:20, the occupation forces intensified their procedures at the "Tayasir" checkpoint, stopping citizens' vehicles and checking their identities.
At 00:50, the occupation forces opened fire towards a car parked at the Tamoun junction.
On the evening of 12/4/2023, a group of settlers, under the protection of the occupation forces, attacked local shepherds, east of Ain al-Hilweh, injuring the citizens: Muheeb Fathi Daraghmeh and Muhammad Qadri Daraghmeh.
At 04:15, the occupation forces raided the village of Ramin and conducted a patrol.
At 20:20, the occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Laqif, and conducted a patrol.
At 00:15, the occupation forces tightened their measures at the Huwara checkpoint, Surra checkpoint, and Al-Murabba' checkpoint, and impeded the passage of vehicles.
1. At 18:15, the occupation forces raided the village of Majdal Bani Fadel, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 18:15, the occupation forces raided the villages of Asira al-Qibliya and Orif, and arrested a citizen.
3. At 20:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Azmut and conducted a patrol.
4. At 01:15, the occupation forces raided the village of Hawara and conducted a patrol.
5. At 04:10, the occupation forces raided the villages of Ras Al-Ain and Bazariya, and conducted a patrol.
1. A unidentified civilian was detained during the occupation forces' raid into the villages of Asira al-Qibliya and Orif
2. At 23:10, the occupation forces detained a citizen at the roundabout junction of Deir Sharaf village.
1. At 12:45, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on Asira Al-Shamaliya - Nablus road, to search cars and verify citizens' identities. The checkpoint was removed at a later time.
2. At 00:15, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on Orif Road, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 02:35, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on Al-Bathan Road, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 19:40, a group of settlers near the Beit Furik checkpoint attacked the vehicle of Ismail Kenana, and burned part of it while the family was in the car.
At 13:00, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the "Al-Hamra" checkpoint, and impeded the passage of citizens' vehicles.
1. At 13:00, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on Al-Maarajat Road, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 13:55, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on Banana Land Road, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 09:05 and again at 15:25, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
4. At 20:40, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the city of Jericho, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 13:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Jiftlik, raided and searched the house of the Al-Atawneh family.
At 12:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Auja, stormed and searched a number of homes, and arrested 5 citizens.
The detainees in the village of Al-Auja are: Alaa Jamil Khalaf Jarahid, Ahmed Jamil Khalaf Jarahid, Yahya Khaled Khalaf Jarahid, Abdel Moneim Khaled Khalaf Jarahid and Muhammad Awwad Suleiman Jarahid.
At 19:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance of Tuqu', to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 21:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the southern entrance to Hebron, to search cars and verify citizens' identities.
At 00:45, the occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, and conducted a patrol.
1. At 02:40, the occupation forces detained the citizen Hudhayfa Abu Ayed, 38 years old - from Tulkarem and a resident of Hebron.
2. At 04:40, the occupation forces detained the citizens, Adham Muhammad Ali Sabarneh, and the citizen, Ihab Abu Fanous, in the town of Beit Ummar.
At 01:00, a group of settlers stormed Jaber neighborhood and withdrew at a later time.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
Beit Hanoun Crossing - "Erez": On 04/12/2023 it is closed (due to Jewish holidays).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 04/12/ 2022,is closed.
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 04/12/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
