JERUSALEM

Military Checkpoints

On the evening of 01/02/2023, the occupation forces closed the Beit Iksa checkpoint, preventing citizens from entering or leaving the village.

Detention

At 17:00, the occupation forces detained Moataz Abu Jamal in the Jabal Al Mukaber neighborhood in Jerusalem.

Destruction of Property

1. On 01/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished a commercial facility (under construction) owned by the citizen: Akram Amira, in the Wadi Al-Hummus neighborhood in the village of Sur Baher, under the pretext of not having a license.
2. On 01/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished a room made of wood and zinc, owned by the citizen: Salah Hijazi, in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem, under the pretext of not having a license.
3. On 01/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished, in the town of Beit Hanina, a cafe of about 200 square meters, owned by a citizen of the Abu Sabih family, under the pretext of not being licensed.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the village of Deir Bzei', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 22:25, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Mughair, and detained 15 citizens.
2. At 04:05, the occupation forces raided Al-Bireh, stormed a mosque, detained 3 citizens (brothers), and withdrew at 06:10.
3. At 06:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Malik, and detained 2 citizens.

Detention

1. The 15 detainees in the village of Al-Mughayer are: Majd Nizar Al-Naasan, Muhammad Khaled Al-Naasan, Omar Raqi Abu Alia, Basil Raqi Abu Alia, Ahmed Bashar Abu Alia, Muhammad Bashar Abu Alia, Wassim Hamid Al-Naasan, Basil Munir Abu Alia, Muhammad Samir Abu Alia, Fadi Shehadeh Abu Alia, Othman Ahmed Al-Naasan, Muhammad Mustafa Abu Alia, Adeeb Hamdallah Al-Naasan, Muhammad Ahmed Abu Alia, and Muhammad Atef Abu Alia.
2. The 3 detainees in the city of Al-Bireh are: Sadeq Al-Ouri, his two brothers Musa, and Muhammad.
3. The two detainees in the village of Kafr Malik are: Laith Ahed Hamayel and Naji Riyad Al-Maliki.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 04:05, the occupation forces stormed and searched the Ali bin Abi Talib mosque during their raid into the city of Al-Bireh.

JENIN

Detention

At 13:30, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Suhaib Ahmed Omar Abu Khamis - a resident of the village of Faqqu'a, while he was visiting the Israeli intelligence services, based on a prior notification.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:15, a group of settlers entered the outskirts of the town of Silat al-Dhahr, and attacked the house of the citizen: Jihad Hosni al-Qadi, and vandalized its contents and smashed its windows.

TULKAREM

Raid

At 04:00, the occupation forces raided Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm, detained 3 citizens, and withdrew at 05:25.

Detention

1. At 20:00, the occupation forces, stationed at Gate No. 104 on the apartheid wall, west of Tulkarm, detained the citizen: Montaser Ahmed Sharif Sabah - a resident of the town of Qafin.
2. The 3 detainees in Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm are: Nayef Saleh Abu Al-Rub, Saif Khaled Shehadeh, and Muhammad Shadi Qassem.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 14:50, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Azzun, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 03:00, the occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, detained 2 citizens, and withdrew at 04:50.

Detention

The two detainees in the city of Qalqilya are: Mohsen Hardan and Saleh Abu Saleh Daoud.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the roundabout of Deir Sharaf village, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 14:20, the occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia, to accompany a group of settlers to visit the archaeological area in the village.
2. At 03:10, the occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, detaiend 3 citizens, and withdrew at 05:10

Detention

The 3 detainees in the city of Nablus are: Nour Khuwaira, Shadi Bashkar, and Yazan Awada.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:20, a group of settlers in the village of Sebastia vandalized a vegetable stall owned by Bilal Omar.

SALFIT

Destruction of Property

On 01/02/2023, the occupation forces demolished, a 500-square-meter barracks used for agricultural purposes, owned by the citizen: Ratib Jouda in the town of Deir Ballut, under the pretext of not having a license.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

On 01/02/2023, the occupation forces set up sudden military checkpoints at all entrances to the city of Jericho, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 13:55, the occupation forces raided the city of Ariha and the camps of Ain al-Sultan and Aqabat Jabr in the city, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol, and withdrew at 15:00.
2. At 17:20, the occupation forces raided Fasayel village, stormed and searched a house, and withdrew at 18:20.

Detention

1. At 10:30, the occupation forces positioned at the northern entrance to the city of Jericho, detained the citizen: Muhammad Mustafa Ka'abneh - a resident of the town of Al-Auja.
2. At 11:00, the occupation forces positioned at the southern entrance to the city of Jericho, the citizen: Yazan Adel Fakhoury - a resident of Aqabat Jaber camp in the city of Jericho.
3. At 20:20, the occupation forces positioned at the southern entrance to the city of Jericho, the citizen: Salem Hosni Moazneh - a resident of Ain Al-Sultan camp in the city of Jericho.

Attack

At 13:55, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while they were on patrol, during the raid on the city of Ariha and the camps of Ain al-Sultan and Aqabat Jabr in the city.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Yatta, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 12:25.
2. At 09:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawar camp, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 12:25.

Raid

1. At 09:25 and at 03:40, the occupation forces raided Hebron, conducted a patrol, and detained a citizen.
2. At dawn on 02/02/2023, the occupation forces raided the town of Ithna, and stormed a number of homes.

Detention

The detainee in Hebron is: Baraa Muhammad al-Qawasmi.

Attack

At 24:00, the occupation forces stationed opposite Al-Arroub camp, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens located at the entrance to the camp for alleged stoning

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Gaza Governorate, and by air strikes by launching 9 missiles from warplanes in (4 consecutive air raids) in the governorates of North Gaza, Gaza, and Central Gaza.
• Palestinian armed groups violated the ceasefire agreement by firing a projectile towards the Green Line.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 02/01/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

Air Strike

At dawn on 02/02/2023, Israeli warplanes launched two missiles (in two successive raids), targeting agricultural land and a site belonging to a Palestinian armed group, north of the town of Beit Lahiya.

Palestinian Attacks

On the evening of 01/02/2023, members of the Palestinian armed groups fired a projectile towards the Green Line.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

1. On the evening of 01/02/2023, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Shujaia neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
2. On the evening of 01/02/2023, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards a site belonging to a Palestinian armed group, east of Gaza City.

Air Strike

At dawn today, 02/02/2023, Israeli warplanes launched two missiles, targeting a site belonging to a Palestinian armed group in the Sheikh Ajlin area, southwest of Gaza City.

Air Strike

At dawn on 02/02/2023, Israeli warplanes launched 5 missiles, targeting a site belonging to a Palestinian armed group near Al-Bureij refugee camp.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 02/01/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
