WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Al-Ram town junction, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Detention

1. At 11:20, the occupation forces positioned at the Beit Iksa checkpoint detained the journalist - Ahmed Hababa.
2. At 11:30, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Ahmed Muhammad Ahmed Ibrahim - a resident of the town of Anata.

Deportation

On 08/02/2023, the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem issued a decision to renew the deportation of Sheikh: Najeh Bakirat (Deputy Director General of the Islamic Endowments in the city of Jerusalem), for a period of 6 months, from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Al-Bireh (near the "Beit El" settlement), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 12:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Taybeh, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 20:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Deir Abu Mishaal, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 20:15, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Mughair, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol.
2. At 01:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Nima, detained a citizen, and withdrew at 05:00.
3. At 04:00, the occupation forces raided the villages of Qarawat Bani Zaid and Kafr Ain, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

1. At 17:15, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Asad Raed Abdel Mohsen Hussein and Laith Mahmoud Rashid - (both residents of Deir Jarir village) near the village of Dora Al-Qara'.
2. The detainee in the village of Kafr Nima is: Samed Abdel Aziz Abdo.

Attack

At 20:15, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning during the raid into the village of Al-Mughair.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 15:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Zabuba, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 16:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Jalama, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 20:10, the occupation forces raided the town of Arraba and the village of Kivert, and conducted a patrol until 20:15.
4. At 02:35, the occupation forces raided the village of Siris, and raided and searched a house.

TUBAS

Raid

At 02:05, the occupationforces raided the city of Tubas, the town of Tamoun, and the villages of Tayasir and Atuf, and patrolled until 05:10.

TULKAREM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Ramin village junction, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 21:40.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 13:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Jayyus, and handed the citizen: Nazem Salim, a notice to stop work on building his house, under the pretext of not having a permit and delivered a notice to remove a refrigerator owned by the Farmers' Union project in the town of Jayyus.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Surra village, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area, near the entrance to the village of Tal, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 08:00 and again at 01:1, the occupation forces raided the town of Asira Al-Shamaliya and the villages of Tal Surra and conducted a patrol.
2. At 12:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Naqoura, and patrolled until 12:45.
3. At 15:10, the occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 16:45, the occupation forces raided the town of Beita, and conducted a patrol.
5. At 19:45, the occupation forces raided the villages of Deir Sharaf, Qusin and Burin, and patrolled until 23:45.
6. At 21:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Madama, and patrolled until 23:45.
7. At 00:55, the occupation forces raided the town of Jama'in, and conducted a patrol.

SALFIT

Raid

At 16:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Bruqin, and conducted a patrol.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:35, a group of settlers in the Al-Mawajir area in the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan planted citrus trees, set up a number of tents in the place, and prevented the farmers from accessing their lands at gunpoint.

JERICHO

Raid

1. At 10:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Auja, and forced the owners of shops located on both sides of the President Street in the center of the town to close their shops, under the pretext that settler vehicles had been stoned.
2. At 04:20, the occupation forces raided the city of Jericho and the Aqabat Jabr camp in the city, detained a citizen in the camp, and withdrew at 05:25.

Detention

The detainee in Aqabat Jabr camp in the city of Jericho is: Saed Fakhr Abdel Hafez Awadat.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

At 03:00, the occupation forces raided the cities of Bethlehem, Beit Sahour, Beit Jala, the town of Janata, and the village of Irtas, raided and searched a number of homes, and detained a citizen in the city of Bethlehem and handed 2 citizens: Hassan Nawara and Ammar Khaled Ayyad notices to review the Israeli intelligence and withdrew at 06:10.

Detention

1. At 13:10, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens - residents of the town of Beit Fajjar, while they were visiting the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification: Awni Ahmed Awni Taqatqa and Saddam Amjad Nassar Taqatqa.
2. The detainee in the city of Bethlehem is: Muhammad Al-Kamil.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:55, the security guards of the "Efrat" settlement, located south of Bethlehem, temporarily detained the mayor of Al-Khader: Ibrahim Musa, and the director of Agricultural Relief in the governorate: Ziyad Salah, while they were inspecting the agricultural lands belonging to the town of Al-Khader, located near the settlement and released them at a later time.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Abu Sneina neighborhood in the Old City of Hebron, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 23:00.

Raid

1. At 01:40, the occupation forces raided the towns of Dura and Bani Naim, detained 2 citizens, and withdrew at 05:40.
2. At 02:15, the occupation forces raided Hebron, detained 4 citizens, and withdrew at 05:40.

Detention

1. The two detainees in the towns of Dura and Bani Naim are: Nasrallah Fares Al-Awawdeh - residents of the town of Dura, Muhammad Hussam Munir Manasra - residents of the town of Bani Naim.
2. The 4 detainees in Hebron are: Muhammad Shaheen Al-Ja'bari, Osama Suhail Ashour, Moataz Saif Ghaith, and Salim Muhammad Samouh.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 02/08/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 02/08/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 02/08/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter)8
