WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Detention

At 20:00, the occupation forces detained Samer Musa Abu Sway, in the Ras Al-Amud neighborhood in Jerusalem.

Attack

At 12:00, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Al-Ram fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 18:00, the occupation forces set up 8 checkpoints at the entrances to the towns of Sinjil and Silwad, the villages of Nabi Saleh, Deir Abu Mishaal and Ras Karkar, at the roundabout of the city of Rawabi, near the junction of the "Halamish" settlement, and on the Wadi al-Dalb road near the village of Ras Karkar, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 05:10, the occupation forces raided the towns of Beit Rima, Deir Ghasana, Aboud, and the villages of Qarawat Bani Zaid, Kafr Ain, and Deir Abu Mishaal, clashed with citizens as they stormed a house in the town of Beit Rima, and detained a citizen.

Detention

The detainee in the town of Beit Rima is: Ahmed Hussam Al-Rimawi.

Attack

At 05:10, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward citizens for alleged stoning while they were raiding a house during the raid into the town of Beit Rima.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 14:50, the occupation forces raided the villages of Anin, Zabuba and Rummana, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 02:30, the occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, clashed with the citizens and as a result injured a citizen, and detained a citizen.

Detention

The detainee in the city of Jenin is: Waqas Adnan Sabana.

Attack

1. At 15:15, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, in the village of Rummana, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
2. At 02:30, the occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a citizen.

Injuries

1. At 13:30, a military vehicle of the occupation forces near Al-Jalama checkpoint ran over (intentionally) the citizen: Anas Fathi Abed, while he was driving a motorcycle, as a result of which he was injured and bruised.
2. The wounded person during clashes with the occupation forces in the city of Jenin is: Osaid Abdul Majeed Abboshi.

TUBAS

Assaults on Property

At 08:30 on 09/02/2023, the occupation forces forced 4 families of citizens to vacate their homes in the Khirbet Humsa Al-Fawqa area (after notifying them earlier) until 11:30 on the same day, under the pretext of carrying out training activities in the area.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:40, a group of settlers, east of the village of Ain Al-Bayda in the northern Jordan Valley, attacked the citizen: Muhammad Faqha, and the livestock and cows in the pastoral lands, and placed a barbed wire fence in the vicinity of a water pool owned by the citizen: Nasser Al-Asmar.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:10, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Shufa checkpoint, and impeded traffic.

Attack

At 17:30, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning in the town of Zeita.

QALQILIYA

Detention

At 13:40, the occupation forces detained Ahmed Abd Walweel, at the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilya.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Beit Furik, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 10:30 and again at 20:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area near the entrance to the village of Tal to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 23:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the junction of the "Shafi Shomron" settlement, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 08:05, the occupation forces raided the town of Asira Al-Shamaliya and the villages of Tal Surra, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 15:10, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Furik, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 16:05, the occupation forces raided the town of Beita, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 20:00, the occupation forces raided the town of Qusra and the village of Madama, and conducted a patrol.
5. At 23:50, the occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

At 15:25, the occupation forces positioned at the Awarta checkpoint detained the citizen: Nasri Abu Asab.

Attack

At 15:45, the occupation forces positioned near the junction of the village of Barqa fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Yasuf, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 13:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Farkha, and conducted a patrol.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 23:40, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Furaidis, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

At 20:40, the occupation forces positioned near the village of Al-Minya, south of the town of Tuqu', detained the citizen: Salim Awni Shalaldeh.

HEBRON

Raid

At 01:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Dhahiriya, and conducted a patrol.

Attack

1. At 16:00, the occupation forces positioned near the Al-Fawar camp junction opened fire towards and killed a citizen, for allegedly attempting to stab a soldier.
2. At 19:40, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Al-Fawar camp fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Killings

1. At 07:25, the detainee: Ahmed Badr Abdullah Abu Ali, 48 years old, resident of Yatta, was killed, after his health condition deteriorated, as a result of deliberate medical negligence by the occupation prison administration.
2. The civilian, Sharif Hassan Mahmoud Rabaa, 22 years old - a resident of the town of Al-Dhahiriya died as a result of being shot by the occupation forces near the Al-Fawar camp junction.

Closure of main Roads

At 16:15, the occupation forces closed the entrance to the Nabi Yunis area (on the main road, Hebron - Bethlehem), and reopened it at a later time.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.

• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line, and by gunboats firing at fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea in the northern Gaza Strip.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 02/09/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

Attack

1. At 14:10 on 02/05/2023, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands north of the town of Beit Lahiya.
2. On 02/09/2023, Israeli gunboats opened fire toward fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of Al-Sudaniyya area, west of the town of Beit Lahiya and detained 2 fishermen, and confiscated the fishing boat.

Detention

Two unidentified fishermen were detained at sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniyya area, west of the town of Beit Lahiya

Confiscation of Property

On 09/02/2023, the occupation forces confiscated a fishing boat at sea off the coast of Al-Sudaniyya area, west of the town of Beit Lahia, after they detainbed 2 fishermen on board.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 02/09/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 02/09/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).

Detention

At 23:30 on 02/05/2023, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens Ibrahim Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Ghouti and Imad Suleiman Jouda Abu Senima - residents of the town of Al-Shouka, east of Rafah, while they were trying to infiltrate through the border fence into Israel.
