WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Biddu town tunnel, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 08:20, a special force of the occupation military raided Qalandia camp, and detained a citizen.

Detention

1. At 22:00, the occupation forces detained Abdullah Jaradat, in the town of Beit Hanina.
2. On the evening of 02/20/ 2023, the occupation forces detained Hamdi Diab, in Shuafat camp, in Jerusalem.
3. On the evening of 02/20/ 2023, the occupation forces detained 3 citizens in the Al-Tur neighborhood of Jerusalem: Omar Al-Sayad, Mahmoud Abu Al-Hawa, and Hadi Abu Al-Hawa.
4. The detainee in Qalandia camp is: Mahmoud Fawzi Al-Rajabi.

Attack

At 15:30, the occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning in the Shuafat camp in Jerusalem.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:50, a settler, while driving his vehicle , ran over the citizen: Amer Abu Mayaleh, near the Lions' Gate in Jerusalem and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the "Beit El" settlement, north of Al-Bireh, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 12:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the Wadi al-Dalb road, located between the villages of Ras Karkar and Deir Bzei', to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 16:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the village of Al-Mughair, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 16:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Deir Qadis, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 01:30, the occupation forces raided the villages of Ain Qiniya, Deir Bzei' and Ain Arik, then withdrew at 06:40.

Attack

At 18:20, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas toward demonstrating citizens for alleged stoning in the village of Deir Jarir

Settlers Attacks

At 10:40, a group of settlers, with the protection of the occupation forces, installed mobile homes (caravans) on the citizens' lands belonging to the village of Kafr Malik.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 21:30, the occupation forces raided the village of Bir Al-Basha, and patrolled until 22:25.
2. At 05:30, the occupation forces raided the city of Jenin and its camp, clashed with the citizens, as they stormed a number of homes, and detained 2 citizens in the camp, then withdrew at 06:40.

Detention

The two detainees in Jenin camp are: Omar Bayan Abed and Bashar Muhammad Qasrawi.

Attack

At 05:30, the occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets , stun grenades and rubber-coated towards citizens for allaged shooting and stoning as they stormed a number of houses during their raid into Jenin and its camp.

TULKAREM

Raid

1. At 21:15, the occupation forces raided the village of Khirbet Jabara, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 01:45, the occupation forces raided the village of Ramin, and conducted a patrol.

QALQILIYA

Raid

1. At 09:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Jinsafut, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 10:20 and again at 16:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Al-Nabi Elias, and conducted a patrol, and they delivered notices of demolition and a halt to construction in the Al-Barthuna and Al-Manazir areas in the village, under the pretext of not having a permit.
3. At 16:20, the occupation forces raided the village of Hajjah, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 03:55, the occupation forces raided the city of Qalqilya, and patrolled until 04:55.

Attack

At 19:25, the occupation forces positioned in the Al-Marj area in the city of Qalqilya fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:40, the occupation forces tightened their measures at the Huwwara checkpoint, obstructing traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:35 and at 17:55 , the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the roundabout of Deir Sharaf village to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 11:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the ruins of the "Homesh" settlement (on the main road, Nablus - Jenin), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 20:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area, near the entrance to the village of Tal, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 08:20, the occupying forces raided the northern town of Asira, and patrolled until 17:25.
2. At 12:05, the occupation forces raided the villages of Madama and Asira Al-Qibliya, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 17:25, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Furik and the village of Salem, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 23:55, the occupation forces raided the village of Orif, raided and searched 4 houses and a quarry, and detained 2 citizens, and confiscated a private vehicle and a stone-cutting saw from inside the quarry.
5. At 06:10, the occupation forces raided the villages of Deir Sharaf and Qusin, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

The two detainees in the village of Orif are: Yassin Sabah and Anan Hazem Al-Safadi.

Killings

At 18:00, the child: Montaser Muhammad Al-Shawa, 13, a resident of Balata camp in Nablus, died of the serious wounds that he sustained during clashes with the occupation forces (as mentioned in a report on 02/08/2023).

Confiscation of Property

At 23:55, the occupation forces confiscated a private vehicle owned by the citizen: Kamal Kokish, and a saw for cutting stones from inside a crusher owned by the citizen: Issam Al-Safadi during the raid into the village of Urf.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 09:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Istiya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 09:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Deir Istiya, and patrolled until 13:15.
2. At 21:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Kafr Al-Deek, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 21:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Bruqin, and conducted a patrol.

JERICHO

Raid

At 04:40, the occupation forces raided the city of Jericho and the Aqabat Jabr camp in the city, detained 2 citizens in the camp, and withdrew at 05:20.

Detention

1. At 13:20, the occupation forces, at Al-Hamra checkpoint, detained the citizen: Hassan Muhammad Hassan Mahasneh - a resident of the city of Tubas.
2. The two detainees in Aqabat Jabr camp in the city of Jericho are: Abdullah Nasser Al-Hinnawi and Hashem Abu Obeid.

Settlers Attacks

On 02/ 20/2023, a group of settlers in the town of Al-Auja plowed areas of agricultural land leased from the Ministry of Awqaf in Basin 44 in the town, under the pretext that it is located in the classified area (C) under Israeli control, with the aim of cultivating and seizing it.

BETHLEHEM

Raid

1. At 11:45, the occupation forces stormed the town of Doha, where clashes took place with the citizens, and detained a citizen, which resulted in the injury of a citizen, and withdrew at 12:20.
2. At 21:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Za'tara, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol, and withdrew at 22:45.
3. At 01:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Obeidiya, and patrolled until 03:35.
4. At 03:20, the occupation forces raided the city of Bethlehem, the town of Janata, and the village of Khalayel Al-Luz, and detained a child in the village of Khalayel Al-Luz, then withdrew at 04:15.

Detention

1. The detainee in the town of Doha is: Muhammad Walid al-Saqa - a resident of al-Duhaisha camp in Bethlehem.
2. The detainee in the village of Khalayel Al-Louz is: Dhaher Murad Malash, 16 years old.

Attack

1. At 11:45, the occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a citizen during the raid into the town of Doha.
2. At 21:40, the occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning while they were on patrol during the raid into the town of Za'tara.

Injuries

A unidentified civilian was injured during clashes with the occupation forces in the town of Doha.

Closure of main Roads

At 22:45, the occupation forces closed the western entrance to the town of Tuqu', and reopened it at a later time.

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 02:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Yatta, and patrolled until 04:45.
2. At 04:10, the occupation forces raided Al-Fawar camp, detained 15 citizens, and withdrew at 06:15.
3. At 04:20, the occupation forces raided the town of Al-Dhahiriya, and patrolled until 05:15.

Detention

1. At dawn on February 20 2023, the occupation forces detained Majdi Akram Al-Rajabi in the Old City of Hebron.
2. The 15 detainees in Al-Fawar camp are: Abdullah Abdul-Majid Abu Taima, Sayyaf Abu Taima, Abdul Walid Abu Awwad, Ibrahim Abu Awad, Jawad Hudeib, Muhammad Adel Al-Titi, Suhaib Al-Khatib, Uday Issa, Jihad Yaghi, Talaat Al-Fayoumi, Youssef Mansour Al-Hasanat, Hassan Mahmoud Ghatashah, Hossam Khaled Ghatashah, Muhammad Ramzi Abu Rabi`, and Muhammad Ashraf Al-Fayoumi.

Attack

At 15:20, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards demonstrating citizens for alleged stoning.

Destruction of Property

At 13:05, the occupation forces demolished a sheep farm and a stone chain owned by a citizen of the Mahaina family in the Al-Buwaib area, east of the town of Yatta, under the pretext of its proximity to the "Bani Hefer" settlement.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line in the northern Gaza governorate.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 02/20/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

Attack

On 02/20/2023, the occupation forces fired tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of farmers near the border fence, north of the town of Beit Lahiya, and left a citizen suffocated as a result of inhaling tear gas.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 02/20/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 02/20/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
