Military Checkpoints

At 18:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Jaba checkpoint, obstructing traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 10:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Al-Issawiya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 20:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Beit Duqqu, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 21:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the Biddu town tunnel, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 17:20, the occupation forces raided the town of Anata, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 17:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Biddu and the village of Al-Jib, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 17:30, the occupation forces raided the village of Beit Daqu, and conducted a patrol.

Physical Assault

At 20:30, the occupation forces attacked the citizen: Nafisa Khwais in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem,

House Demolition

On January 13 2023, the occupation authorities in the town of Beit Hanina forced the citizen: Harbi Al-Rajabi to demolish his 100-square-meter house, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that the occupation authorities carried out the demolition, under the pretext Non-licensing.

Settlers Attacks

At 09:30, a group of settlers stormed the Bab al-Rahma cemetery, which is adjacent to the wall of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Old City of Jerusalem.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

At 15:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Turmusaya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Attack

At 11:35, the occupation forces stationed at the "Al-Mahkama" checkpoint located near the "Beit El" settlement, north of Al-Bireh, fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters toward citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a civilian.

Injuries

The civilian: Akram Muhammad Dakhlallah - a resident of the town of Silwad was injured during clashes with the occupation forces stationed in the vicinity of the "Al-Mahkama" checkpoint, located near the "Beit El" settlement, north of Al-Bireh.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 03:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Jaba, and as a result, clashed with the citizens and as a result injured a citizen.

Raid

1. At 16:20, the occupation forces raided the villages of Toura Al-Sharqiya and Toura Al-Gharbia, and patrolled until 16:55.
2. At 02:05, the occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, the villages of Al-Jalama, Deir Abu Da'if, Faqqu'a, and Beit Qad, and conducted a patrol.

Attack

1. At 03:30, the occupation forces, while setting up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Jaba, fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a citizen.
2. At 03:30, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Jaba', opened fire at a vehicle carrying 2 citizens, and chased them to the neighboring village of Al-Fandqumiya, then opened fire at them again, killing them both.

Killings

1. At 03:15, the citizen: Yazan Samer Al-Ja'bari, 19 years old, resident of Al-Yamoun town, died of the serious wounds that he sustained during the occupation forces' raid into Kafr Dan village on 01/02/2023.
2. The two martyrs as a result of shooting at the vehicle they were traveling in near the town of Jaba and chasing it to the neighboring village of Al-Fandqumiyah and shooting it again are: Izz El-Din Basem Hamamreh, 24 years old, and Amjad Adnan Khaliliya, 23 years old - both of them are residents of the town of Jaba.

Injuries

The civilian: Luay Gharbiyeh was injured during clashes with the occupation forces near the entrance to the town of Jaba.

TUBAS

Detention

At 10:50, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Khaled Muhammad Abu Arra - a resident of the town of Aqaba, while he was visiting the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.

TULKAREM

Military Checkpoints

At 13:20, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the "Einaf" checkpoint, and obstructed traffic until 14:25.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Izbat al-Tabib, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 19:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the eastern entrance to the town of Azzun, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

At 14:15, the occupation forces raided the town of Azzun, clashed with the citizens, while they were on patrol.

Attack

1. At 12:30, the occupation forces near the eastern (closed) entrance to the village of Kafr Qaddum fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters toward protesting citizens, in protest at the closure of entrance to the village for alleged stoning and as a result injured 3 citizens and left a number other civilians suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 14:15,the occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters toward citizens for alleged stoning while they were on patrol during the raid into the town of Azzun.

Injuries

3 unidentified civilians were injured during clashes with the occupation forces near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum.

Settlers Attacks

At 14:45, a settler, while driving his vehicle near the roundabout of the village of Al-Nabi Elias, ran over the citizen: Suhaib Abd Abu Hamed, and as a result, left him hospitalized with contusions at the government hospital in Qalqilya for treatment.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 01:10, the occupation forces closed the Beit Furik and Hawara checkpoints to traffic, and reopened them at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Yanun, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 16:30 and again at 01:10, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area, near the village of Tal to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 01:10, the occupation forces set up two checkpoints between the city of Nablus and the northern town of Asira, and at the entrance to the village of Surra, and impeded traffic.

Raid

1. At 17:45, the occupation forces raided the village of Kafr Qalil, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 17:50, the occupation forces raided the city of Nablus, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 22:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Surra, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 03:30, the occupation forces raided the villages of Yasid and Beit Imrin, and conducted a patrol.

Attack

1. At 13:10, the occupation forces positioned near the village of Beit Dajan fired stun and tear gas canisters toward the citizens and foreign solidarity activists participating in a demonstration against settler attacks and the confiscation of land for settlement projects, which result left 21 demonstrators (including 3 foreign solidarity activists) suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:10, the occupation forces positioned in the Jabal Sabih area of ​​the town of Beita fired stun and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning and as a result left 3 citizens suffocated due to inhaling tear gas.

SALFIT

1. At 13:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the junction of Deir Ballut town, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 14:50.
2. At 23:55, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Kifl Haris, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 13:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Marda, and patrolled until 14:15.
2. At 16:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Bidya, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

1. At 15:45, the occupation forces positioned at the Za'tara junction checkpoint detained 3 citizens: Fadi Al-Qani, Ahmed Hassan Mansour, and Ahmed Al-Sahili - all residents of the village of Kafr Qalil, Nablus Governorate.
2. On 01/13/2023, the occupation forces positioned at a military checkpoint, detained the citizen: Osama Kazem Othman Daqrouq - a resident of the city of Salfit.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 10:10, a group of settlers entered the citizens' agricultural land belonging to the town of Kafr Al-Dik, and destroyed an agricultural room owned by the citizen: Ahmed Muhammad Ali Ahmed.
2. At 18:40, a group of settlers entered the agricultural lands of the citizens of the town of Kafr Al-Dik, and uprooted and cut down the branches of 65 olive saplings, owned by the citizens: Mustafa Jabara, Tayseer Yaqoub, and Jamil Jumaa.

JERICHO

Settlers Attacks

At 16:30, a group of settlers positioned near the town of Al-Auja, attacked a number of university students, accompanied by foreign solidarity activists, while they were participating in a tourist trail with sticks and sprayed pepper gas on their faces which resulted in the injury of a number of male and female students with contusions and burnt eyes.

BETHLEHEM

1. At 15:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Aqabat Hasna area (on the main road leading to the western villages in the Bethlehem governorate), to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 17:35.
2. At 21:35, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Attack

At 01:05, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the city of Beit Jala fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward citizens, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.

Closure of main Roads

At 09:20, the occupation forces closed the iron gates at the northern and western entrances to the town of Tekoa and reopened them at 16:40.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 13:40, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Karmel, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities until 16:05.

Raid

At 13:25, the occupation forces raided the city of Hebron, and patrolled until 16:35.

Attack

1. At 13:25, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters towards the citizens participating in a march to retrieve the bodies of the martyrs, for alleged stoning and as a result injured a citizen.
2. At 14:30, the occupation forces positioned in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards the citizens for alleged stoning

Injuries

The civilian: Malik Ayesh Abu Maria was injured during clashes with the occupation forces near the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the cease-fire agreement as the gunboats opened fire at fishermen's boats at sea in the governorates of Khan Yunis and Rafah.

NORTHERN GAZA

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 01/13/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

On the evening of 01/13/2023, Israeli gunboats opened fire towards fishermen's boats while they were chasing them at sea off the shore of Khan Yunis.
