Military Checkpoints

1. At 22:00, the occupation forces closed the Shuafat checkpoint in Jerusalem {under the pretext that it had been exposed to an improvised explosive device}, and reopened it at a later time.
2. At 22:30, the occupation forces closed the Qalandia military checkpoint {under the pretext that it had been exposed to an improvised explosive device}, and reopened it at a later time.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 14:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Biddu town, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 15:00, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Ram, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Detention

1. At 09:00, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Obeida Bakirat - a resident of Sur Baher village.
2. At 09:10, the occupation forces arrested the child: Jaafar Al-Bashiti, 14 years old, a resident of the Old City of Jerusalem.
3. At 09:30, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Firas Al-Bazlamit - a resident of the Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in Jerusalem.
4. At 10:10, the occupation forces arrested the child: Faiq Nassif Habash, 15 years old, resident of the Old City of Jerusalem.

House Demolition

At 12:00, the occupation forces demolished a residential room owned by a citizen of the Khader family in the town of Beit Hanina, under the pretext of not having a license.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist Israeli settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and made provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Atara, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 11:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance to the village of Yabroud, and detained a soldier from the National Security Forces.
3. At 12:20, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Turmusaya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 11:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Aboud, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 11:40 and again at 18:20, the occupation forces raided the village of Deir Qadis, and they patrolled.
3. At 13:50, the occupation forces raided Al-Bireh, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 18:00, the occupation forces raided the village of Beitlo, and conducted a patrol.

1. At 03:30 on 01/16/2023, the occupation forces detained 2 citizens: Muhammad Al-Ghazzawi and Adham Nafeh during their raid into the town of Ni'lin (in addition to what was mentioned in the previous report).
2. At 14:35, the occupation forces positioned in the Al-Muhalal area in the town of Ni'lin, detained the citizen: Basil Ibrahim Arqoub Hassan, on the pretext that he had stabbed a settler during a quarrel between them.
3. The detainee at a sudden checkpoint located at the entrance to the village of Yabroud is: Raafat Issa Hammad (A National Security Force Officer).
4. The two detainees in the town of Silwad are: Mahmoud Maher Thalghi Awwad and Mamoun Mahmoud Hamed.

Attack

1. At 13:20, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, near the entrance to Al-Jalazoun camp, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones.
2. At 22:50, the occupation forces stationed in the vicinity of the entrance to the "Ofer" camp, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens stoning.

Settlers Attacks

At 18:10, a group of settlers was present on the main street near the village of Al-Mughair, and threw stones at the vehicles of the citizens passing by.

JENIN

Raid

1. At 15:20, the occupation forces raided the village of Anin, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 20:25, the occupation forces raided the villages of Nazlat al-Sheikh Zaid and Toura al-Sharqiya, and conducted a patrol.
3. On the evening of 01/16/2023, the occupying forces stormed the town of Ya`bad, where clashes took place with the citizens, while they were on patrol.
4. At 03:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Burqin, where clashes took place with the citizens, during a house raid, and detained a citizen.
5. At 03:50, the occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya, where clashes took place with the citizens, during the raid on a number of homes, and detained 3 citizens.

1. At 12:00, the occupation forces detained 4 citizens: Muhammad Adam Zakarneh, Ibrahim Ahmed Zakarneh, Rabi` Ali Kamil, and Ahmed Ali Zakarneh. - residents of the town of Qabatiya, while they were visiting the Israeli intelligence, based on prior notifications. They are

1. On the evening of 01/16/2023, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters toward citizens' homes for alleged stoning while they were on patrol.
2. At 03:50, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters toward citizens' homes, under the pretext that they had been thrown with stones as they stormed a house during the raid into the town of Burqin.
3. At dawn on 01/17/2023, during the raid into the town of Qabatiya, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters toward citizens' homes for alleged stoning as they stormed a number of houses.

TUBAS

Military Checkpoints

At 12:30, the occupation forces tightened their procedures at the Tayaseer checkpoint, and impeded traffic.

Raid

1. At 08:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Ain Al-Bayda in the northern Jordan Valley, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 09:15, the occupation forces raided the village of Bardala in the northern Jordan Valley. The raid was repeated at 19:10, as clashes took place with the citizens, while they were on patrol.
3. At 02:40, the occupation forces raided the town of Tammun, where clashes took place with the citizens, during a raid and search of 2 homes.

Detention

2. On the evening of 01/16/2023, a group of settlers were present near the roundabout of the "Yitzhar" settlement, north of the town of Hawara, and threw stones at the vehicles of the citizens passing by, which caused material damage to a number of them.

Settlers Attacks

At 12:00, a group of settlers from the "Kochav Hashahar - Kawkab Al-Sabah" settlement entered the Ain Al-Auja community area, west of Al-Auja town, and stole a herd of 90 sheep belonging to the citizen: Muhammad Ahmed Ghawanmeh, while his daughter was grazing sheep in the pastoral area located Between Ain Al-Auja and Al-Maarajat area.

BETHLEHEM

1. At 09:35, the occupation forces raided the village of Abu Najim, and conducted a patrol.

1. The 4 detainees (including 3 children) in the Khirbet Al-Deir area in the town of Tuqu' are: Bahaa Muhammad Subaih, 15 years old, Ahmed Kamel Subih, 15 years old, Reda Hamdan Subih, 16 years old, and Kamel Humaidan Salameh.
2. The detainee in the village of Umm Salamuna is: Murad Jihad Muhammad Taqatqa.
3. The detainee in the village of Marah Rabah is: Murad Mahmoud Mustafa Al-Sheikh.
4. The detainee in Aida camp in Bethlehem is: Bilal Adel Ahmed Jado.

At 17:15, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Killings

At 13:15, the child: Omar Khaled Lutfi Al-Khamour, 14 years old, resident of Al-Duheisha camp, Bethlehem, died of his serious wounds, which he sustained during clashes with the occupation forces during their storming of the Dheisheh camp (as mentioned in the previous report).

HEBRON

Raid

1. At 12:50 and again at at 02:30, the occupation forces raided the town of Halhoul, stormed a number of houses, and handed 3 citizens: Muhammad Zamara, Tha'er Zamara, and Youssef Zamara - notices for review by the Israeli intelligence,clashed with the citizens, while and stormed 2 homes and a shop.

3. The 9 detainees in Al-Fawar camp are: Ahmed Abu Taima, Amir Ghatashah, Youssef Abdel-Majeed Al-Titi, Waad Jamal Al-Badawi, Firas Ibrahim, Anas Akram Abu Hashhash, Muhammad Hani Al-Khatib, Jawad Hudeib, and Muhammad Abu Hashhash.

1. At 20:35, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to Al-Arroub camp fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters toward citizens' homes at the entrance to the camp for alleged stoning.
2. At 02:30, the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning as they stormed 2 houses and a shop during the raid into the town of Halhul.

Closure of main Roads

At 11:35, the occupation forces closed the iron gate at the northern entrance to Hebron, and reopened it at a later time.

Assaults on Property

On 01/ 16/ 2023, the occupation forces in the village of Birin, located south of the town of Bani Naim, prevented the farmers from the family of: Al-Faqir from plowing their lands, which amount to about 15 dunums.

Settlers Attacks

At 13:20, a group of settlers, under the protection of the occupation forces, attacked the citizens' agricultural lands in the Al-Musafer area, east of Yatta.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.
• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line towards Central Gaza and Khan Yunis governorates.

NORTHERN GAZA

1. At 10:00 on 01/16/ 2023, the occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, east of Abasan, east of Khan Yunis.
2. At 10:15 on 01/16/2023, the occupation forces opened fire and launched tear gas canisters from their positions on the Green Line, towards a number of citizens near the border fence, east of the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis.
3. At 11:15 on 01/16/2023,the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands east of Al-Qarara town, northeast of Khan Yunis.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points
