WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:30, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Al-Eizariya, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Detention

1. At 10:30, the occupation forces detained Qusai Abu Lafi in the Al-Tur neighborhood of Jerusalem.
2. At 19:30, the occupation forces detained the child: Yaman Hajjaj, 15 years old, from the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem.
3. At 20:30, the occupation forces detained Muhammad Hamza Mahmoud, in the Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem.

Attack

At 21:30, the occupation forces positioned in the village of Al-Issawiya fired stun grenades and tear gas towards citizens for alleged stoning.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 08:00, groups of extremist settlers, under the protection of the occupation police, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and conducted provocative tours of its courtyards and facilities.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

At 08:40 and again at 22:20 , the occupation forces tightened the measures taken at the "Al-Mahkama" checkpoint near the "Beit El" settlement, north of Al-Bireh and impeded traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:40, the occupation forces set up 5 checkpoints at the junction of the Oyoun al-Haramiya area (on the main road, Ramallah - Nablus), and at the entrances to the towns of Bir Zeit, al-Taybeh, the village of Nabi Saleh, and on the Wadi al-Dalb road near the village of Ras Karkar, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:15, the occupation forces set up 6 checkpoints at the entrances to the towns of Turmusaya, Silwad, Al-Taybeh, Al-Mughair village, and at the roundabouts of the city of Rawabi and the "Halamish" settlement, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
3. At 23:25, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the Atara town bridge, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Detention

At 15:50, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Amir Nizar Al-Khawaja - a resident of the town of Ni'lin.

Attack

At 17:30 and 00:40, the occupation forces positioned near the entrance to the village of Nabi Saleh fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.

JENIN

Raid

At 15:15, the occupation forces raided the city of Jenin and its camp, clashed with the citizens, and as a result killed 4 citizens (including a child), and injured 23 citizens (including 5 seriously), and withdrew at 16:25.

Attack

At 15:15, , the occupation forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets , stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged shooting and stoning during their raid into the city of Jenin and its camp and as a result killed 4 citizens (including a child), and injured 23 citizens (including 5 seriously injured).

Killings

The 4 civilians: Nidal Amin Zaidan Khazem, 28 years old, Youssef Saleh Barakat Shreim, 29 years old, Omar Muhammad Omar Awadin, 16 years old, and Luay Khalil Al-Zughair, 37 years old were killed by occupation forces during confrontations in the city of Jenin and its camp.

Injuries

occupation forces injured 23 civilians including Imad Subhi Abu Hammad (serious wound), Muhammad Nidal Talib (serious wound), Imad Khaled Anwar (serious wound), Yazan Asi Amir Lahlouh, Muhammad Abu al-Hassan, Ziyad Marawan Hab al-Rih, Ashraf Mahmoud, 17 years old (serious injury), Reda Ahmed (serious injury), Zuhair Gharib, Issam Jarrar, Basil Merhi, Alaa Abu Ja’b, Ahmed Abu Tabikh, Abdel Rahim Khatib, Louay Al-Saadi during clashes in in the city of Jenin and its camp.

QALQILIYA

Raid

At 10:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Siniriya, and patrolled until 12:55.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 16:05, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint in the Al-Murabaa area, near the entrance to the village of Tal, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 08:00, the occupation forces raided the town of Asira Al-Shamaliya, and patrolled until 11:30.
2. At 10:25, the occupation forces raided the villages of Tal Wasra, Urif, and Asira Al-Qibliya, and patrolled until 11:30.
3. At 13:20, the occupation forces raided the city of Nablus and the villages of Deir Sharaf and Qusin, and conducted a patrol.
4. At 16:05, the occupation forces raided the village of Sebastia, and conducted a patrol.
5. At 19:50, the occupation forces raided the village of Salem, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

At 16:05, the occupation forces detained the citizen: Ahmed Muhammad Balouneh - a resident of the village of Al-Nasaria, while he was visiting the Israeli intelligence, based on a prior notification.

Closure of main Roads

At 19:30, the occupation forces closed the southern entrance to the town of Jama'in, under the pretext of throwing stones at settler vehicles passing by, and reopened it at a later time.

Settlers Attacks

At 15:10, a group of settlers entered the citizens' agricultural land belonging to the village of Burin, located along the bypass street passing along the "Yitzhar" settlement, and cut down the branches of a number of olive trees belonging to the citizen: Muhammad Raja Zaben.

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

At 20:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the western entrance to the town of Kafr Al-Deek, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 10:05, the occupation forces raided the town of Kafr Al-Deek, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 10:15, the occupation forces raided the town of Bidya and the village of Rafat, and conducted a patrol.
3. At 13:25, the occupation forces raided the town of Deir Ballut, delivered notices of demolition and a halt to construction of a number of agricultural facilities, and withdrew at 14:50.
4. At 22:10, the occupation forces raided the village of Marda, and conducted a patrol.

Detention

At 00:20, the occupation forces positioned at the Za'tara junction checkpoint, detained the citizen: Muhammad Badr Yusef Al-Badarin - a resident of Al-Bireh, Ramallah Governorate.

Closure of main Roads

At 19:45, the occupation forces closed the western entrance to the village of Marda, under the pretext of throwing stones at settler vehicles passing by, and reopened it at a later time.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

At 19:15, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint on the main street in the center of Al-Auja town, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 16:10 and again at 19:25 , the occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa. to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.
2. At 18:45, the occupation forces set up a checkpoint under the bridge of the village of Al-Shawawra, to search vehicles and verify citizens' identities.

Raid

1. At 21:15, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Fajar, and conducted a patrol.
2. At 02:50, the occupation forces raided the city of Beit Jala and the towns of Doha and Al-Khader, and conducted a patrol.

HEBRON

Raid

At dawn on 03/16/2023, the occupation forces raided the town of Beit Ula, and detained a citizen.

Detention

The detainee in the town of Beit Ula is: Hijazi Muhammad Abd al-Rahim al-Atrash.

Attack

At 08:50, the occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning in the Tariq bin Ziyad Junction area in the Old City of Hebron.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 11:30, a group of settlers in the Tuba area, southeast of the town of Yatta, assaulted the citizen: Salah Abu Jundiyeh, while he was grazing his sheep, which led to bruises, and he was subsequently transferred to the hospital for treatment.
2. On 03/16/2023, a group of settlers in the Qawawis area, east of the town of Yatta, grazed their livestock on the citizens' agricultural lands, which led to the destruction of a large part of the wheat and barley crops, owned by the Abu Aram and Al-Hamamda families.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• On the morning of 07/30/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the marine fishing area from 9 nautical miles to 12 nautical miles.

• The occupation forces violated the ceasefire agreement by firing from their positions on the Green Line in Gaza Governorate.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanoun crossing - “Erez”: On 03/16/ 2023, it is partially open (for the passage of humanitarian cases, foreign journalists, workers of international humanitarian organizations, merchants, businessmen and travelers through the Al-Karama Crossing “Allenby” - previously coordinated for them).

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

On the morning of 03/16/2023, the occupation forces opened fire from their positions on the Green Line, towards agricultural lands, east of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, located in the southeast of Gaza City.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: On 03/16/ 2022, it is partially open (for the entry of limited quantities of fuel and fuel for the power plant, fodder, foodstuffs, and medical materials).
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: On 03/16/ 2022 is open in both directions (for citizens to leave and enter).
