The following summary tables and overview of events survey hostile Israeli activities during the period 01 November 2020 to 30 November 2020. The report includes a summary table of events, classified by type, throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip, in addition to a comparative table surveying events over the past three months. The survey is compiled from the Daily Situation Reports of the Palestinian Monitoring Group (PMG) of the Negotiations Affairs Department (NAD) of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). The PMG monitors ground conditions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including Israeli and Palestinian violations. The information reported through the PMG process represents data available at the time of distribution only. 

Sample of Israeli Violations during the Month of  November  2020

  • 02/11/2020: Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas at the citizens, under the pretext that they were being thrown with stones as they stormed and searched a house during their raid into Aqabat Jaber camp in Jericho and as a result wounded the child Ahmed Muhammad Zabin, 17 years old who was hospitalized in Jericho for treatment.
  • 04/11/2020: the occupying forces, stationed in the vicinity of Huwwara checkpoint, fired at a vehicle  and killed  Bilal Adnan Rawajbah, 29 years old (from the Palestinian Preventive Security Service) - resident of the village of Iraq Al-Tayeh.
  • 06/11/2020: the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, near the eastern (closed) entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddum, at the protesters in protest against the closure of the village entrance, under the pretext that it had been pelted with stones, wounding a citizen, and wounding a number of Citizens - suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
  • 10/11/2020: the prisoner: Kamal Abu Waer, 46 years old, (sentenced to life imprisonment 6 times and 5 years) - residents of Qabatiya town, died as a result of his cancer after his health condition deteriorated, because of deliberate medical negligence.
  • 11/11/2020: the occupying forces in charge of guarding the separation wall near the village of Azzun Atma fired at a child: Mo'nis Mazouz Ibrahim Younes - resident of the village of Seniriya in the Qalqilya governorate.   • 24/11/2020: the occupation forces positioned at Al-Zaeem military checkpoint opened fire towards a citizen Nour Jamal Shuqair, 37 years old, from Silwan neighborhood in Jerusalem while driving his private vehicle as a result killing him, under the pretext of his attempt to run over a soldier.

On 11/01/2020, the occupation authorities issued a decision to deport the citizen: Sameh Daas - residents of the city of Jerusalem, for a week from Al-Aqsa Mosque, as a condition for his release after they arrested him earlier.

On 11/03/2020, the occupation authorities issued a decision to deport the citizenship: Aseel Eid - residents of Jerusalem, for a period of 4 months from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

On 11/04/2020, the occupation authorities in Jerusalem issued a decision to deport the citizen: Najeh Bikirat (Deputy Director General of the Jerusalem Endowments Department) for a period of 6 months from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Arrests

During the month of November 2020, the Israeli military arrested 423 Palestinians (418 in the West Bank and 5 in the Gaza Strip). Closure
