Daily Report April 23, 2017

At 22:10, Israeli forces closed Al-Za'im Military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

1. At dawn on April 22nd 2017, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town then stormed and searched 2 homes.
2. At 14:00, Israeli forces raided Anata town, stormed several construction equipment shops and detained a resident.
3. On the evening of April 22nd 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and as a result injured Fatimah Mahmoud Obied {After she was struck by a rubber coated steel bullets to the Eye} and as a result left her hospitalized.

Israeli forces detained Abed Al-Batat in Anata town.

1. At 17:25, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents demonstrating in solidarity with Palestinian Detainees and who are on hunger strike and as a result injured Su'ad Abu Ramoz after she was struck by a tear gas grenade canister.
2. On the evening of April 22nd 2017, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a woman {after she was struck with a rubber coated bullet to the eye} leaving her hospitalized.

1. Israeli forces injured Su'ad Abu Ramoz after she was struck by a tear gas grenade canister during demonstrating in solidarity with Palestinian Detainees and who are on hunger strike
2. Israeli forces injured Fatimah Mahmoud Obied after she was struck by a rubber coated steel bullet to her eye during their raid into Al-Eisawiya village

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area between Khirbithat Al-Misbah village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 23:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Abboud town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Surda village , stormed and searched a home then withdrew at 02:30.

1. On the evening of April 22 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Shuhada' village and clashed with several residents.
2. At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Jenin city.

At 19:55, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic until 21:40.

At 21:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beit Lid town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

At 02:35, Israeli forces raided Tulkarem city and Nur Shams camp , detained 3 residents in the camp then withdrew at 04:20.

1. At 16:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of "Qadumim" settlement then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

At 17:30, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum village against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach the demonstration site.

1. At 13:15, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Orif village, stoned several residents and homes and as a result injured Sharif Abdel-Hafith Ammar {head injury} during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents: Adel Abdel-Hafith Ammar and Jihad Assad Al-Safadi and left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 15:45.
2. At 17:25, Israeli settlers stormed Huwara town , stoned residents and as a result injured 3 residents {including women}: Badi'a Odeh {head wound}, Rabi' Abdel-Qadder Dabiyat {head wound} and Ahmad Yusef Odeh {Head wound}.

3. At 18:45, a Israeli settler vehicle ran over Isam Abdel-Khaliq Nadim Ghannam and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.

At 13:15, Israeli forces escorting a group of Israeli settlers stormed Orif village and fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 2 residents: Adel Abdel-Hafith Ammar and Jihad Assad Al-Safadi and left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 15:45.

At 18:45, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 09:00, Israeli forces closed Al-Container Military checkpoint and impeded the free low of traffic until 10:45.

1. At 11:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Marah Rabah village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:00.
2. At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Dar Salah village {located at the east entrance of Beit Sahur} then searched residents and vehicles until 15:00.
3. At 12:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Aqbat Hasnah area located near the entrance of Husan village then searched residents and vehicles until 13:30.
4. At 21:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Nahalin village then searched residents and vehicles until 22:55.

1.At 21:35, Israeli forces raided Husan village, detained a resident then withdrew at 24:00.
2. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Beit Fajjar town, detained 3 residents including a child and summoned Assad Ahmad Thawabteh, Ali Mustafa Taqatqa and Ala Khalid Samour to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
3. At 04:45, Israeli forces raided Bethlehem city and Duhisheh camp, detained 3 residents and summoned Malik Ghazi {A resident of Duhisheh camp} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.
4. At dawn on April 23rd 2017, Israeli forces raided Al-Khader town and detained a resident.

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhoul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles until 12:40.
2. At 20:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Susiya village located in south east Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles until 21:40.
3. At 21:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Farsh Al-Hawa area located in North Hebron city then searched residents and vehicles until 21:25.
4. At 21:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Tal'at Abu Hadeed area located in the old city of Hebron then searched residents and vehicles until 22:20.

1. At 21:00, Israeli forces raided Al-Tabaqa village until 21:50.
2. At 21:25, Israeli forces raided Hebron city.

On April 22nd 2017, a Israeli settlers travelling in his vehicle near Karameh village in west Yatta opened fire and as a result injured the child Yusef Wael Awwadeh {6 years old} leaving him hospitalized with a bullet wound to the abdominal area.
