WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 16:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village and detained a resident.
2. At 06:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya town, summoned the child Shawkat Khader Al-Sheikh {16 years old}{The brother of Mohammed Khader al-Sheikh, 15, who was seriously injured, at 16:00 on 15 August 2019, near Bab al-Silsila, one of the Main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning.

Attack

At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at Bab al-Silsila {one of the Main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the old city of Jerusalem opened fire towards 2 children {after they allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli Police officer} and as a result killed one and seriously injured the other child and another resident {A security Guard at the mosque} sustained a foot injury.

Killings

The child Naseem Mikafih Musa Abu Rumi {16 years old}{a resident of Al-Eizariya town} was killed after Israeli Military forces opened fire towards him and another child {after they allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli Police officer} near Bab al-Silsila {one of the Main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the old city of Jerusalem.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured 2 residents {including a child and a Security guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque}:Mohammad Khader Shukat Abed Al-Shiekh {15 years old}{a resident of Al-Eizariya town} and Imran Al-Rajabi { a Security guard at Al-Aqsa Mosque} after opened fire towards 2 children {after they allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli Police officer} near Bab al-Silsila {one of the Main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the old city of Jerusalem.

2. On the evening of August 15th 2019, Imran Fawzi Muhisien sustained a serious eye injury after Israeli forces assaulted him and hit him in the face with a bottom end of a rifle near The Bab Huta area (one of the main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the Old City of Jerusalem and as a result left him hospitalized.

Detention

1. At 15:00, Israeli forces positioned at Shu'fat Military checkpoint detained Muhanad Wael Mohammad Ali.
2. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned near Bab al-Silsila {one of the Main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the old city of Jerusalem detained Asalah Khalaf {a resident of Jerusalem city}.
3. Israeli forces detained Yasser Darwish in Al-Eisawiya village.
4. Israeli forces detained the child: Mohammad Khader Shwuekat Abd Al Sheikh {15 years old}{a resident of Al-Eizariya town}{after he was seriously injured after Israeli forces opened fire towards him} near Bab al-Silsila {one of the Main gates leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the old city of Jerusalem.

Temporary Detention

At 16:30, Israeli forces temporarily detained 2 residents: Awad Al-Salayma and Arif Al-Za'anin {both are residents of Jerusalem city} then released them at 20:00.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

1. At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers led by "Ori Arail" {Israeli Minister of Agriculture} under the protection of Israeli Military and Police forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.
2. At 16:45, Israeli forces stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound {after the opened fire towards opened fire towards 2 children {after they allegedly attempted to stab a Israeli Police officer} and as a result killed one and seriously injured the other child(who was detained) and another resident {A security Guard at the mosque} sustained a foot injury} and closed the doors leading to Al-Aqsa mosque thus preventing worshiper from entering the mosque until reopening at a later time only to those residents over the age of 50 thus preventing all other residents who were forced to pray evening prayers along side walks and roads outside the mosque compound.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Military Checkpoints

On August 15th 2019,Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city is open to residents exiting from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 10:00 until 23:00 daily, and is open for the entry of residents into the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh from 06:00 Until 22:00 daily and on Friday the checkpoint will be open from 07:00 until 23:00 and on Saturday will be open from both directions from 10:00 until 23:00.

Flying Checkpoints

At 21:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 03:10, Israeli forces raided Ramallah city, clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes then withdrew at 06:55.

Attack

At 03:10, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they stormed and searched several homes during their raid into Ramallah city.

Settlers Attacks

At 22:45, a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city stoned several vehicles passing near the checkpoint and as a result injured a resident leaving him hospitalized with contusions.

Injuries

Mohammad Hamdan Riziq Hamdan {a resident of Rafat village} was hospitalized with contusions after a group of Israeli settlers positioned near Al-Mahkama" military checkpoint located near "Beit El" settlement in North Al-Bireh city stoned several vehicles passing near the checkpoint.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 19:50,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Beit Furik military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Shavie Shamron" settlement junction searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 11:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Al-Muraba' area near Tel village then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. On August 15th 2019, Israeli forces raided Sabastiya village as they escorted a group of Israeli settlers who stormed archaeological sites.
2. At 01:55, Israeli forces raided Nablus city, detained 2 residents then withdrew at 03:25.

Detention

1. At 03:45, Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint located along the main road connecting Nablus and Rammallah detained Mahmoud Muwafaq Ibrahim Sa'id Madani {a National Security Force Officer}{a resident of Nablus city}.
2. Israeli forces detained Mohammad Jallal Khalil Abu Jabr and Khader Al-Taqi in Nablus city.

Settlers Attacks

1. At 14:45, a group of Israeli settlers stormed the eastern area of Orif village and attempted set fire to agricultural land during which local residents were able to prevent the settler attack during which Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents as they withdrew with the settlers.
2. On the afternoon of August 15th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers stormed Burqa Al-Sharqiya village, set fire to agricultural land and prevent local residents and Palestinian Civil defense forces from extinguishing the fire by opening fire towards them.

Attack

At 14:45, Israeli forces positioned in east Orif village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who prevented Israeli settlers from setting fire to agricultural land.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:50,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles until 12:00.

Raid

At 21:45, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town until 21:55.

Detention

At 08:00, Israeli forces positioned at Container Military checkpoint detained Ahmad Musa Al-Hawarin {a resident of Al-Thahriya town in Hebron district}.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

At 10:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Na'im town then searched residents and vehicles.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles .

• Israeli Naval vessels broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of North Gaza district.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

Attack

At 08:00 on August 15th 2019,Israeli Naval vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats off the shores of Al-Sudaniya area located in west Beit Lahiya town.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
