Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the west entrance of Al-Eisawiya village then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 19:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near the entrance of Hizma town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 10:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns until 16:30.

Detention

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces detained Malik Al-Tabakhi {A resident of Al-Ram town}.
2. At 19:00, Israeli forces detained 3 residents:Mohammed Saeed Farayin, Montaser Farayin and Fadi Shweiki in Jerusalem city.

Attack

1. At 16:00, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Ram town junction fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned in Ras Al-Kabsa area located between Abu Dis and Al-Eizariya towns fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 19:30, Israeli forces positioned at Al-Jabal area located in Abu Dis town fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Demonstrations

1. At 13:20, a demonstration took place in Bi’lin protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:20,a demonstration took place in Ni’lin protesting against the construction of the wall during which they clashed with Israeli forces and as a result left several residents suffocated from tear gas inhalation and injured a journalist.

Attack

1. At 13:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators in Bil'in town .
2. At 13:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators in Nil'in town as a result injured a Journalist.
3. At 17:00, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.
4. At 18:25, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Al-Mughier village fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 6 residents including 2 children.
5. At 19:25, Israeli forces positioned near "Ofar" Military base/Prison fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident.
6. At 19:50, Israeli forces positioned near the entrance of Silwad town fired , stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning.

Injuries

1. Israeli forces injured Hassan Dabous in Ni'lin town.
2. Israeli forces injured Ghassan Riyad Safi {16 years old} near the entrance of Al-Jalazoun camp.
3. Israeli forces injured 6 residents: Mohammed Amin Abu Alia, 15, Abdullah Ra'iq Abu Na'im, 15, Ahmed Abdullah Abu Alia, Mohammed Mustafa Asaad Abu Alia, Thiab Sami Al Na'asan and Mohammed Bader Hussain Abu Alia near the entrance of Al-Mughier village.
4. Israeli forces injured Raed Ismail Khalil near the entrance of "Ofar" Military base/Prison.

JENIN

Flying Checkpoints

At 23:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Ya'bad town junction then searched residents and vehicles until 23:30.

Raid

At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Allar town.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Azzun town then searched residents and vehicles.

Demonstrations

At 13:00, a demonstration took place in Kafr Qaddum against the closure of the east entrance during which they clashed with Israeli forces tried to disrupt the demonstration by firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators who attempted to reach they demonstration site.

Attack

At 13:00, Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards demonstrators in Kafr Qaddum village.

NABLUS

Flying Checkpoints

At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Beita town and set up a checkpoint then searched resiednts and vehicle until 17:55

Raid

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces raided Beita town, set up a checkpoint, clashed with several residents , detained a child then withdrew at 22:15.
2. At 20:15, Israeli forces raided Burin village, clashed with several residents and as a result left Faysal Mohammad Amran suffocated from tear gas inhalation then withdrew at 22:30.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Nasser Ali Dweikat {16 years old} in Beita town.

Temporary Detention

1. At 18:10, Israeli forces positioned at Jabal Aba'il in Nablus city temporarily detained Musbah Ali Mohammad Sawalha {A resident of Assira Al-Shamaliya town} as he was herding his goats then withdrew at 22:15.
2. At 18:20, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Mu'min al-Dabbi, Abdullah al-Aghbar, and Hamza Abu Hajar at Beit Furiq Military checkpoint.

Attack

1. At 17:20, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Beita town.
2. At 19:25, Israeli forces positioned at a military post in Jabal Tur in Nablus city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 20:15, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas grenades towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured Faysal Mohammad Amran and left him hospitalized from tear gas inhalation .

SALFIT

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Ein road leading to Kafr Al-Dik town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 21:50 and again at 07:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint beneath Iskaka town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 13:40,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Jabal Harsa area in Beit Sahour city then searched residents and vehicles until 16:30.
2. At 14:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jala city then searched residents and vehicles until 16:40.
3. At 16:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Istih road in Beit Sahour city then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 02:10, Israeli forces raided Al-Ubidiya town, detained a resident then withdrew at 04:00.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ghassan Jameel Masa'ud Al-Asa in Al-Ubidiya town.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Yatta town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 15:10, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Al-Samiya village junction then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 18:50 and again at 00:30, Israeli forces raided Hebron city, stormed a home , clashed with several residents and summoned 2 residents: Ahmed Adeeb Junaid, and Amjad Asim Ja'bari to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 01:00, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.
3. At 02:00, Israeli forces raided Surif town and summoned Moath Arrar to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.

Attack

At 00:30, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed several homes during their raid into Hebron city.

Closure of main Roads

On August 5th 2016, Israeli forces closed the main roads leading to Khirbiet Um Al-Aris, Al-Tuiwani village, Sha'b Al-Tam area located in east Yatta town with dirt mounds.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• Since 19:00 on August 26th 2014, Palestinian Gunmen and the Israeli military agreed to a cease fire agreement (brokered by the Arab Republic of Egypt) which includes the opening of border crossings to allow the entry of emergency supplies and humanitarian goods as well as construction material and agreed to increase the fishing limit to 6 nautical miles with possibility of increase to 12 nautical miles by the end of the year and to decrease the Military area to 100 meters, allow freedom of movement and a halt to targeted killings and assassinations and negotiations will be held for discussion on rebuilding the sea port and airports in the coming month

• The Israeli Military broke the ceasefire agreement by opening fire from their positions behind the Green Line towards Gaza and Central Gaza and as a result injured 5 resident.

NORTHERN GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Beit Hanun (Erez) is open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

GAZA

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
*Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

Attack

At 16:00 on August 5th 2016,Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood near Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing in east Gaza city as they were participating in demonstrations against the Israeli military and settler assault on Al-Aqsa mosque compound and as a result injured 4 residents.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents during clashes in east Al-Shija’iya neighborhood near Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing in east Gaza city.

CENTRAL GAZA

Attack

At 16:00 on August 5th 2016, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line opened fire towards several residents positioned near Al-Buriej camp as they were participating in demonstrations against the Israeli military and settler assault on Al-Aqsa mosque compound and as a result injured a resident.

Injuries

Israeli forces injured an unidentified resident in Al-Buriej camp.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

*Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
* Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
