DAILY SITUATION REPORT
08:00, 2nd July 2021 -08:00, 3rd July 2021
At 20:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned at the entrance to Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem detained 2 civilians : Abed Abu Zneid and Waseem al-Qawasmi.
On 02/07/2021, the Israeli occupation forces severely beat the citizen: Kayed Al-Rajbi, in the Batn al-Hawa area in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem and as a result left him hospitalized with contusions.
1. At 13:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens after they performed Friday prayers in the sit-in tent erected to protest against the settlement projects and the occupation’s policy of demolishing the homes of the citizens.
2. At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Jabal Al-Thaghra area in the town of Hizmafired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens after they performed Friday prayers on the citizens' lands threatened with confiscation for the benefit of settlement projects.
On 07.02. 2021, the Israeli occupation authorities in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem forced the citizen: Ayman Badr Abu Al-Dawla, to personally demolish his 40-square-meter house (consisting of a second floor), which was built of reinforced iron and gypsum, after notifying him at an earlier time in order to avoid paying heavy fines in the event that the occupation authorities carry out the demolition process, on the pretext of not having a license.
At 13:30, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Deir Nidham and conducted a patrol.
At 06:00,the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Jenin, and handed the citizen, Moataz Al-Taweel, a notice to refer to the Israeli intelligence.
At dawn on 07/02/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Ezbet Abu Khameesh, and detained a citizen.
The detainee in the village of Ezbet Abu Khameesh is: Mahmoud Ibrahim Zidan.
At 23:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the Jit village junction, and detained a citizen.
The detainee at a flying checkpoint at the junction of the village of Jit is: Faisal Suhail Nafaa - a resident of Jenin city.
1. At 13:40, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the (closed) eastern entrance in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards the demonstrators protesting against the closure of the entrance to the village for alleged stoning and as a result left several civilians suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 18:45, the Israeli occupation forces in charge of guarding the racist separation wall, along the south of Qalqilya, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
At 20:25, the Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Osrin, and clashes took place with the citizens while they were on patrol, as a result of which a citizen was wounded, and withdrew at 23:35.
1. At 13:55, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Jabal Sabih area in the town of Beita fired live ammunition and rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects and as a result wounded 50 civilians (7 Citizens of them were taken to the hospital for treatment, while the others were treated on the field), and 79 civilians suffocated as a result of tear gas inhalation.
2. At 13:55, the Israeli occupation forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against settlers’ attacks and land confiscation for settlement projects in the village of Beit Dajan, as a result left a number of citizens suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
3. At 20:25, during their raid into the village of Osrin, the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition and rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning and as a result injured a citizen.
1. The 50 civilians were injured during confrontations with the occupation forces in the Jabal Sabih area in the town of Beita (including ): Majdi Najeh Bani Shamsa, Tariq Abdullah Adili, Dia Al-Din Abdel Hadi Yamak, Ramez Hussein Qawariq 17 years old, Nour Ibrahim Adili, and Hamza Talib ymc.
2. The injured civilian during confrontations with the occupation forces in the village of Osrin is: Abd al-Rahman Muhammad Adili.
At 22:30, the Israeli occupation forces set up a military post in the Jabal Sobeih area in the town of Beita, in place of the outpost "Avitar", after evacuating the settlers.
On 0702/2021, a group of settlers entered the citizens’ agricultural lands belonging to the village of Qaryut, located near the settlements of “Shilo” and “Shvut Rachel”, and cut down and uprooted about 84 fig trees, almonds and grapes, and also destroyed a water line and a water tank in the area.
1. At 11:15, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
2. At 18:00, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballut, to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 20:05.
At 16:45, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, and conducted a patrol.
At 13:30, the Israeli occupation forces positioned in the Al-Ras area, west of Salfit, fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun, and tear gas canisters towards citizens participating in a demonstration against land confiscation for settlement projects and as a result injured 2 civilians, and left a number of citizens suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
The two unidentified civilians were wounded during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the Al-Ras area, west of the city of Salfit.
At 01:20, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint near the settlement of "Ma'ale Ephraim", and detained a child.
The detainee at a flying checkpoint near the settlement of "Ma'ale Ephraim" is: Ghaith Khalaf Dweikat, 17 years old - a resident of Beita town, Nablus governorate.
At 12:25, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the town of Tekoa, to search cars and check the identities of citizens until 12:40.
At 17:40, the Israeli occupation forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Fawwar camp, to search cars and check the identities of the citizens.
1. At 10:00, a group of settlers entered the Maghair al-Ubaid area, southeast of Yatta town, and assaulted a number of citizens, as a result of which 2 civilians (a citizen and his son) were injured and bruised, and the water network was destroyed, and the occupation forces also intervened. And arrested 2 citizens while they were trying to confront the settlers.
2. At 15:20, a group of settlers in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood in the Old City of Hebron attacked a number of residents of the neighborhood.
The two civilians injured were wounded and bruised as a result of the settlers’ attack in the Maghair al-Ubaid area, southeast of Yatta: Muslim Abu Hamid and his son Ahmed
The two detainees in the Maghair al-Obeid area southeast of Yatta are: Musa Khalil Makhamra and Ahmed Muhammad Makhamra.
1. At 14:00, the Israeli occupation forces in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning.
2. On 07/03/ 2021, the Israeli occupation forces positioned near the outpost of “Avigal” in the Al-Masafer area, east of Yatta, of the villages of Al-Tuwani, Al-Mafqarah and Al-Kharba fired stun and tear gas canisters towards citizens for alleged stoning , participating in a demonstration against settlement and land confiscation in favor of settlement expansion and attacks settlers against the citizens.
• At 19:00 on 26/08/2014, the permanent and comprehensive ceasefire came into effect with the initiative and patronage of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, the introduction of humanitarian and relief aid and reconstruction requirements, and expanding the fishing area to a distance of 6 miles with the increase in distance Up to 12 miles by the end of this year, reducing the "security buffer" zone from 300 meters to 100 meters, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. • On 01/09/2020, the occupation forces re-expanded the fishing distance from the front of the Al-Waha area northwest of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza governorate and up to the Gaza port by a distance of 6 nautical miles, and from opposite the Gaza port to the south of the coast of Rafah to 15 nautical miles. After it imposed on 08/16/2020 a complete closure on the maritime domain in front of the fishermen's boats in front of the Gaza Strip.
• On 10/05/2021, the Israeli occupation forces closed the sea of the Gaza Strip, in front of fishermen until further notice.
• At 02:00 on 05/21/ 2021, the comprehensive ceasefire entered into force at the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
* Beit Hanoun crossing - "Erez": on 07/02/ 2021 is partially open (for the entry of employees of international organizations, foreign journalists, and critical medical cases).
* Al-Muntar-Karni crossing: closed since 02/03/2011, permanently and by a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Shejaiya Crossing - “Nahal Oz” for fuel: closed since 04. 01. 2010, by unilateral Israeli decision.
* Yasser Arafat International Airport: closed.
* Sofa crossing: closed.
* Kerem Shalom - Kerem Shalom Crossing: on 07/02/2021 is closed.
* Al-Awda- Rafah crossing: on 07/02/2021 is closed.
