Daily Report October 20, 2018

On the morning of October 20th 2018, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Jadirat village and detained a Palestinian Intelligence force officer.

1. At 05:50 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces raided Abu Dis town until 07:55.
2. At 19:40, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, clashed with several residents and detained a resident.

1. At 14:45, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Khan Al-Ahmar Bedouin community area fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting againts the Israeli governments decision to demolish and forcibly remove and relocate residents from the area during which they sprayed pepper spray onto the face of several demonstrators and proceeded to assault them and as a result left 3 residents including the Minister and Chairman of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee-Waleed Assaf, Mu'tasim Tayim and Ma'rouf Al-Fara'i hospitalized with contusions then detained an assistant to the Minister and Chairman of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee.
2. At 18:35, Israeli forces positioned in Abu Dis town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
3. At 19:40, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Al-Eisawiya town.
4. At 21:45, Israeli forces positioned in Al-Ram town fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.

1. At 13:00, Israeli forces positioned in Jabal Al-Risan area located in Ras Kar Kar village fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators {protesting against the Israeli military's confiscation of land and Israeli settler violence} for alleged stoning then detained a resident.
2.At 13:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against s the constriction of the wall in Ni'lin town.
3. At 13:00, , Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against the constriction of the wall in Bil'in town and as a result injured a Israeli Peace activist after being struck by a stun canister.
4. At 16:35, Israeli forces positioned in North Al-Bireh city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning.
5. At 16:40, Israeli forces positioned at "Pesagot" settlement which is located in east Al-Bireh city fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a child.

Israeli forces critically injured the child: Malik Bakir Abu Atiya {16 years old} during clashes near "Pesagot" settlement which is located in east Al-Bireh city.

At 14:20, the Israeli Military intensified their restrictions at "Enav" military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Harmish" settlement and detained a resident.

1. At 16:40, Israeli forces raided Beit Lid town and Safarin village.
2. At 01:25, Israeli forces raided Bal'a town until 02:05.
3. At 03:00, Israeli forces raided Shwika neighborhood in Tulkarem city and clashed with several residents as they stormed and searched several homes and a school {under construction} and detained a child.

1. Israeli forces positioned at a flying checkpoint near "Harmish" settlement detained Imad Mahmoud Amarna {A resident of Quffin town in Tulkarem district}
2. Israeli forces detained Qusay Imad Abu Salah {16 years old} during their raid into Shwika neighborhood in Tulkarem city.

At 17:20, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Izbit Al-Tabib village then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 14:10 and again at 21:20, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several resiednts as they stormed and searched a home.
2. At 17:00, Israeli forces raided Qalqiliya city.

At 13:30,Israeli forces positioned near the east entrance of Kafr Qaddum village fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators who are protesting against the closure of the village entrance force alleged stoning and as a result injured a International Peace Activist and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
2. At 15:30, Israeli forces positioned at the wall gate in Al-Naqar neighborhood in Qalqiliya city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured a resident and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
3. At 21:20,Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning as they stormed and searched a home during their raid into Azzun town.

At 17:50, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Beita town junction then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 16:50, Israeli forces raided Rujieb village until 17:45.
2. At 17:45, Israeli forces raided Kafr Qalil village and clashed with several residents.
3. At 00:10, Israeli forces raided Orif village until 04:00.
4. At 03:30, Israeli forces raided Huwarat town and Einbuis village until 04:00.

At 17:30, Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

At 11:05, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Qarwat Bani Hassan then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 12:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles until 14:15.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.

1. At 20:20, Israeli forces raided Beit Jallah city until 24:00.
2. At 01:25,Israeli forces raided Rukhmat village until 02:50.
3. At 02:20, Israeli forces raided Teqou' town and Harmala village, detained a resident in Harmala village and summoned Mohammad Hussien Al-Badan {A resident of Teqou' town} to report to Israeli Intelligence for questioning then withdrew at 02:50.

1. At 23:45, Israeli forces raided Hebron city and detained a resident.
2. At 00:15, Israeli forces raided Yatta town.

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Anas Mahmoud Salhab in Hebron city.

At 14:00, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning and as a result injured 4 residents.

Israeli forces injured 4 unidentified residents during clashes at Bab Al-Zawiya area located in Hebron city.

At 15:40 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators near east Jabaliya town during the march of return and as a result injured 35 residents and left 25 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 18:10 on October 19th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents flying incendiary kites towards the border fence in east Jabaliya town.

At 15:40 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Gaza city during the march of return and as a result injured 40 residents {including 2 Paramedics and 4 journalists} and left several others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 15:40 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Al-Buriej camp participating in the right of return march and as a result , injured 26 residents{including 2 journalists} and left 20 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 17:20 on October 19th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents flying incendiary kites towards the border fence in east Al-Buriej camp.

1. At 11:00 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fired towards several residents near the border fence in east Khan Yunis city.
2. At 14:30 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green line opened fired towards several residents near the border fence in east Khuza'a town.
3. At 15:40 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Khuza'a town located in east Khan Yunis city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 20 residents {including a Paramedic} and left 30 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.

At 17:30 on October 19th 2018, Israeli Military aircraft's launched missiles towards a group of residents flying incendiary kites towards the border fence in east Khan Yunis city and as result injured 3 residents.

*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is closed.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is closed.

At 15:40 on October 19th 2018, Israeli forces positioned behind the Green Line fired live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators in east Rafah city participating in the right of return march and as a result injured 9 residents and left 12 others suffocated from tear gas inhalation.
