WEST BANK

JERUSALEM

Raid

1. At 19:45, Israeli forces raided Al-Eisawiya village, detained 2 residents {including a child} and summoned Jamal Atiya to report to Israeli Intellegnce for questioning.
2. At 00:30, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram town until 04:15.

Detention

1. At 22:30, Israeli forces detained Soliman Abu Ghosh {a resident of Qalandiya camp} as he was reporting to Israeli Intelligence for questioning based on a prior summon.
2. Israeli forces detained 2 residents: Hamido Dabras {17 years old} and Ahmad Abed Attoya in Al-Eisawiya village.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning in Abu Dis town.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

At 11:00,a group of Israeli settlers under the protection of Israeli Military and Police officers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque compound and provoked worshipers.

RAMALLAH & AL BIREH

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 11:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Sinjil town then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 13:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Mughier village then searched residents and vehicles until 14:15.

QALQILIYA

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the east entrance of Qalqiliya city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 12:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Hablat tunnel {located at the south entrance of Qalqiliya city} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 23:00, Israeli forces raided Azzun town and clashed with several residents.

Detention

At 01:45 on September 4th 2019, Israeli forces detained Hamam Anis Abdel-Fattah Al-Qaddi during their raid into Qalqiliya city {as mentioned in the previous report}.

Attack

At 23:00, Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents for alleged stoning during their raid into Azzun town.

NABLUS

Military Checkpoints

At 16:15,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Huwara military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Flying Checkpoints

At 11:30, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beita town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 08:40, Israeli forces raided Sara village as they escorted employees of the Israeli Electrical company as they inspected the main generator in the village.
2. At 14:20, Israeli forces raided Jama'in town.
3. At 02:05, Israeli forces raided Assira Al-Shamaliya town then stormed and searched a Olive Press.
4. At 02:55, Israeli forces raided Balata camp in Nablus city, confiscated 200 JD and 600 NIS then withdrew at 06:50.
5. At dawn on September 5th 2019, Israeli forces raided Rujieb village and detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Ghazi Maher Abu Mustafa in Rujieb village.

Attack

At 18:00, Israeli forces positioned in "The Teachers Complex" area located between Zuwata and Ijinsina villages, fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several demonstrators protesting against Israeli Military exercises conducted in the area.

Confiscation of Property

At 02:55, Israeli forces confiscated 200 JD and 600 NIS after storming and searching the home of Wael Hashash before detaining him during their raid into Balata camp in Nablus city

Settlers Attacks

1. At 18:30, a group of Israeli settlers from "Yitzhar" settlement located in Madma village set fire to agricultural land during which Palestinian Civil defense forces extinguished the flames then withdrew at 19:30.
2. On the evening of September 4th 2019, a group of Israeli settlers from 'Yitzhar" settlement stormed agricultural land in Burin village and chopped down several Olive trees.

SALFIT

Military Checkpoints

At 12:40,Israeli forces intensified their restrictions at Za'tara junction military checkpoint and impeded the free flow of traffic.

Raid

1. At 21:20, Israeli forces raided Deir Istiya town.
2. At 01:30, Israeli forces raided Qarwat Bani Hassan town then detained a resident.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mohammad Mahyoub Ahmad Mir'i in Qarwat Bani Hassan town.

Closure of main Roads

At 22:15, Israeli forces closed the steel entrance gate located in south Kafil Harris village and impeded the free flow of traffic until reopening it at a later time.

JERICHO

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:35, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near "Ma'ale Efraim"settlement junction then searched residents and vehicles until 09:40.
2. At 21:40, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the south entrance of Jericho city then searched residents and vehicles until 22:00.

BETHLEHEM

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 15:35 and again at 23:45, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Beit Jala city then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 17:15, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint near Al-Nashash area junction {located at the south entrance of Bethlehem city} then searched residents and vehicles.
3. At 18:45,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the North entrance of Teqou' town then searched residents and vehicles.
4. At 21:20,Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in Aqbat Hasna area {located along the main road leading to the west villages of Bethlehem district} then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

At 17:40, Israeli forces raided Irtas village.

Detention

At 15:45, Israeli forces detained Mahmoud Mir'i Salah {a resident of Al-Khader town} as he was operating a bulldozer on a plot of land in Al-Khader tomw located near "Neve Daniel" settlement.

Land Confiscation

1. On September 4th 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of several plots of land in Al-Makhmour area located near the tunnel in Beit Jalla city for the purpose of expanding bypass road 60 which connects Jerusalem city with "Ghush Itsiyon" settlement.
2. On September 4th 2019, Israeli forces issued a military order for the confiscation of a plot of land in west Al-Rashayda Al-Arab village for the purpose of expanding "Malee Amos" settlement.
3. On September 4th 2019, Israeli forces issued a Military order for the confiscation of a plot of land in Teqou' town for the purpose of expanding "Nikodim" settlement.

HEBRON

Flying Checkpoints

1. At 08:00 and again at 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at Halhul town bridge then searched residents and vehicles.
2. At 18:00, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Karza village then searched resident and vehicles.
3. At 20:25, Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Ithna town then searched residents and vehicles.

Raid

1. At 09:35, Israeli forces raided Dura town then stormed and searched several homes.
2. At 02:15, Israeli forces raided Yatta town then stormed and searched a home.
3. At 02:30, Israeli forces raided Sakat village then stormed and searched 2 homes.
4. At 05:35, Israeli forces raided Beit Kahil town, detained a resident and damaged 2 vehicles after their Military Jeep collided.

Detention

Israeli forces detained Mu'taz Nabil Asafra in Beit Kahil town.

Temporary Detention

1. At 13:15, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish military checkpoint located in the old city of Hebron temporarily detained Muhanad Al-Ja'bari then released him after questioning by the Israeli Military.
2. On the evening of September 4th 2019, Israeli forces temporarily detained 3 residents: Ibrahim Mohammed Kamal Aqnibi, Mohammed Mousa Ahmed Omar, and Saleh Ghassan Saleh Najjar during clashes in Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city then released them at a later time.

Attack

1. At 10:15, Israeli forces positioned in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several school children and residents after Israeli forces forcibly removed students and teachers from the schools under the pretext of securing Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu storming the "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi}.
2. At 13:15, Israeli forces positioned at Abu Al-Rish military checkpoint located in the old city of Hebron fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who protested Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu storming of the "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi}.
3. At 21:55, Israeli forces positioned at the entrance of Beit Ummar town Israeli forces fired rubber coated steel bullets, stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents after a fire bomb was thrown towards a Military Observation tower located at the towns entrance.
4. On the evening of September 4th 2019, Israeli forces positioned at Bab Al-Zawiya area in Hebron city fired stun and tear gas canisters towards several residents who protested Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu storming of the "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi}.

Assault on Educational sector

At 09:00, Israeli forces forcibly removed students and teachers from the schools under the pretext of securing Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu storming the "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi}.

Destruction of Property

At 05:35, Israeli forces damaged damaged 2 vehicles owned by: Bassam Aliyan Atwana and Khalil Ayash Atwana after their Military Jeep collided during their raid into Beit Kahil town.

Closure (per District)

At 09:00, Israeli forces closed "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi} and prevented residents from entering it and intensified restrictions at Military checkpoints and steel gate entrances located in the old city of Hebron and closed several offices and schools thus disrupting classes then forced several merchant shops to shutdown under the pretext of securing Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu storming the "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi}.

Closure of main Roads

On September 4th 2019, Israeli forces closed the entrance of Jabr neighborhood which leads to "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi} in the old city of Hebron with concrete blocks
and informed citizens and pedestrians of curfews and the movement on the streets leading to the Tomb of the Patriarchs from the afternoon of 04.09.2019 until further notice.

Obstruction of Places of Worship

On September 4th 2019, Israeli forces closed "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi} and prevented worshipers from praying under the pretext of securing Israeli President Reuven Rivlin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu storming the "Tomb of the Patriarchs" {Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi} in the old city of Hebron.

GAZA STRIP

ALL DISTRICTS

• At 19:00 on August 26th 2019,The permanent and comprehensive cease-fire entered into force on the initiative and sponsorship of the Arab Republic of Egypt, after reaching understandings to open the crossings, introduce humanitarian and relief assistance and reconstruction supplies, expand the fishing area for 6 miles, Up to 12 miles by the end of the current year, reducing the area of ​​the buffer zone from 300 m to 100 m, freedom of movement and preventing assassinations. The other issues, including the airport and the port, will be negotiated within one month of the cease-fire.
• On the morning of 28 June 2019, the Israeli occupation forces allowed the expansion of the sea fishing area in the north of the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip and up to 6 nautical miles from the port of Gaza and from the port of Gaza to the south of Rafah until 15 nautical miles.

* Beit Hanun (Erez) crossing is partially open for the passage of critical patients, journalists, NGO staff, businesspersons and passengers travelling abroad through Al-Karama crossing with previous coordination.

Closure of Crossing Points

* Al-Muntar (Karni) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 02 March 2011, the Crossing has been effectively closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.
* Al-Shija’iya (Nahal ‘Oz) Crossing is closed. Beginning on 04 January 2010, the Crossing has closed following a unilateral Israeli decision.

RAFAH

Closure of Crossing Points

* Yasser ‘Arafat International Airport remains closed.
*Rafah (Al ‘Awdah) Crossing is open for the entry and exit of travelers.
* Sufa Crossing is closed.
* Karm Abu Salem (Karem Shalom) Crossing is partially open for the entrance of Humanitarian aid, limited supplies of Diesel fuel and construction material for Internationally funded projects.
